The invention relates to a preparation method of a polydopamine modified
basalt fiber carrier and belongs to the technical field of inorganic
fiber material modification and the field of
wastewater treatment. The preparation method specifically includes the steps of 1), alkali etch, namely immersing a
basalt fiber bundle washed with an
acetone solution in a NaOH solution for
etching, washing the
basalt fiber bundle with deionized water for multiple times after removal, and
drying the
basalt fiber bundle for standby use; 2), preparation of a
Tris-HCl
buffer solution, namely adjusting the pH value to 8.0-8.5; 3), preparation of a
dopamine modified solution, namely dissolving the
dopamine modified solution and
ammonium peroxydisulfate in the
Tris-HCl
buffer solution to obtain 2-4mg / mL of the
dopamine modified solution; 4), immersing etched and dried basalt fibers in the dopamine modified solution and placing the basalt fibers on a vibrating table at
room temperature, and taking out the basalt fibers for
drying after vibration. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation and green environmental friendliness; abundant surface functional groups and good
biocompatibility and hydrophilicity are achieved, the
adhesive of microorganisms on the surface is promoted, the amount of film hanging is increased, and the efficiency of
sewage /
wastewater treatment is improved.
