The peroxydisulfate ion, S₂O²⁻₈, is an oxyanion. It is commonly referred to as the persulfate ion or peroxodisulfate anions, but this term also refers to the peroxomonosulfate ion, SO²⁻₅. Approximately 500,000 tons of salts containing this anion are produced annually. Important salts include sodium persulfate (Na₂S₂O₈), potassium persulfate (K₂S₂O₈), and ammonium persulfate ((NH₄)₂S₂O₈). These salts are colourless, water-soluble solids that are strong oxidants.

The method comprises the following steps of: reacting polyester and / or polyether polyol, an ionized reagent and diisocyanate to prepare a prepolymer with NCO content of between 4 and 5 percent; dissolving a chain extender in cold water, and adding the mixture into the prepolymer under the stirring to obtain a polyurethane emulsion; stirring the obtained polyurethane emulsion, 28 percent ammonia water, deionized water and a thickening agent evenly to obtain an aqueous emulsion; and mixing methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid, acrylamide, sodium dodecyl sulfate and potassium peroxydisulfate with the aqueous emulsion to obtain the resin for the water-based ink. The method ensures that the water-based ink prepared by the obtained binder resin can be used for various plastic substrates and has excellent adhesion and good wetting property for polar and nonpolar substrates by synthesizing acrylic acid modified aqueous polyurethane, utilizing the temperature resistance and the flexibility of polyurethane, and introducing acrylic acid chain segments in a molecular structure at the same time.

The invention relates to an attapulgite grafted polymethyl methacrylate hybrid particle and a preparation method thereof, and provides a hybrid particle which is prepared by taking methyl methacrylate and attapulgite clay as main raw materials, high in grafting rate and subjected to organic-inorganic connection by using chemical bonds. According to the invention, in accordance with a 'surface induced grafting' principle, an oxidation-reduction initiating system is formed by using attapulgite with amino and peroxydisulfate particles in aqueous phases, so that a graft polymerization reaction occurs on the surface of attapulgite, and then the attapulgite grafted polymethyl methacrylate hybrid particle is prepared. The preparation method of the hybrid particle, disclosed by the invention, is a soap-free emulsion method which can prevent the homopolymerization and reaction of monomers in low-polymer micelles in aqueous phases to the maximum extent, so that the monomers mainly take attapulgite particles as initial micelles for carrying out surface graft polymerization reaction. The polymer grafting rate of the prepared attapulgite grafted polymethyl methacrylate hybrid particle can reach 29.36%.

The pure acrylic emulsion modified by the inorganic nanoparticles has the characteristics of aging resistance, wash fastness, water resistance and alkali resistance, and has the advantages of simple preparation process, low price and no environmental pollution.

The finishing agent consists of an ethylene fluorine monomer, an emulsifying agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: the emulsifying agent is dissolved into water, the ethylene fluorine monomer is added drop by drop at a rotating speed of 11,000 to 12,000r / min to realize the emulsifying process so that the water repellent and oil repellent finishing agent of the silk broadcloth is obtained. A finishing solution is prepared according to the ratio that the ethylene fluorine monomer is 20 to 120 percent of the textile by weight, the grafting reaction is performed by taking potassium peroxydisulfate as an evocating agent, the soaping, washing by water and drying processes are performed to extract and to remove the autopolymer so that the silk broadcloth with the water repellent and oil repellent functions is obtained.
