silver nano particle solution; 2) adding
glutathione and performing an oil-bath reaction at 65-70 DEG C for 40-50 h, and adding deionized water with uniform stirring; 3) adding a
chloroauric acid solution with stirring, centrifugally
processing the mixed liquid, performing a mixed reaction to a supernatant with excessive
methanol solution, and centrifugally
processing the mixture again to obtain a
precipitation, and 4) re-dissolving the
precipitation in a PBS
buffer solution to obtain a solution of the
glutathione-Au /
Ag alloy nano material. The glutathione-Au /
Ag alloy nano material can be used in quantitative detection of
histidine and immune-analysis of
human chorionic gonadotropin. The preparation method is simple and convenient, wherein the glutathione is employed as a reduction agent and a stabilizer, so that the method is free of toxic reagents and is environment-friendly. The glutathione-Au / Ag
alloy nano material is stable and uniform in structure, is good in dispersion property, is strong in
fluorescence character, and can be used in analysis and detection of various bio-samples and detection of other relative functional materials.
