The invention discloses a nanogold solution and a method for detecting Co<2+> by using the same. The water soluble functional nanogold solution is prepared by using a gold salt as the resource of gold nanoparticles, a quaternary ammonium salt as a surfactant, ion clusters containing sulfur elements and carbon oxygen groups (O=C=O) as ligands, sodium borohydride, potassium borohydride or ascorbic acid as a reducing agent, and deionized water as a synthesis medium and by modifying the surface of the nanogold with the ion clusters containing sulfur elements and carbon oxygen groups (O=C=O) under the action of gold-sulfur bonds (Au-S). The nanogold solution has high speed, selectivity, sensitivity and practicality for detection of trace amount of Co<2+> in the water solution system, and therefore can be used in combination of a colorimetric process for detecting trace amount of Co<2+>; the detection concentration is lower than 8.5*10<-7>M; the detection threshold value may reach 5*10<-10>M; the detection speed is high, the selectivity is high, the cost is low, and the carrying is convenient; and the detection method has a bright application prospect in fields of environmental science, detection chemistry and analysis chemistry, and the like.

The invention discloses an ion mobility spectrometry employing an electrospray/corona discharge dual-mode ion source. Switching of two ionization modes is achieved; and the range of a detectable sample is expanded. An ion source is provided with a liquid-cooling component and a heating film component, which are used for rapidly setting the working temperature of a spray needle, so that different requirements of the two ionization modes on the temperature of the spray needle are met; the flow range of an injected sample is expanded; and the detection sensitivity is improved. A trumpet-shaped space is adopted by an electrospray/corona discharge region between the ion source and a drift tube, so that the atomization efficiency on the sample from low-temperature liquid to a gaseous state is improved; the desolvation effect of the sample is improved; and the sample residue is reduced. The drift tube is manufactured by a metal ceramic sealing technology, so that the connection strength is high; the insulativity and the air tightness are good; and installation together with other components is facilitated. The drift tube and a preheating gas circuit are arranged in a heating cylinder with uniform temperature as a whole, so that the phenomenon of migrating ion cluster diffusion caused by non-uniform temperature of blowback air in a migration area is reduced; and the detection resolution capability is improved.

By the preparation method, a polymer can be loaded with a cationic functional group and the silicon oxide spheres can be loaded onto a hybrid membrane effectively, and the hybrid anion exchange membrane with good conductive performance and stable chemical properties can be obtained; polymer brominated polyphenyl ether is prefunctionalized by using vinyl imidazole to form relatively large ion clusters beneficial to conduction, and imidazole-type cations have relatively good chemical stability in an alkaline environment; double bonds of the vinyl imidazole can react under the catalytic action of ultraviolet light to form the crosslinked structure, thus benefiting the size stability and the chemical stability of the imidazole-type hybrid anion exchange membrane; and the used modified silicon spheres can be uniformly dispersed into the hybrid membrane, with good compatibility, thus benefiting the chemical stability of the hybrid membrane.

Air cleaner filter system capable of nano-confined catalytic oxidation

The present invention is an air cleaner that uses molecular sieves, such as zeolite or other microporous / nanoporous crystalline materials with pore sizes ranging from 4 Å to 20 Å, as a filter to remove contaminant gas. The contaminants are adsorbed into the porous material along with ions clusters, or any other oxidant generated by a generating device within the system. The contaminant gas is then catalytically decomposed in the confined space of the pore. In one embodiment, transition metal is incorporated into the porous material, and a heater is installed to substitute or accompany the oxidant-generating device. When the heater is turned on, the contaminant is decomposed within the pores of the materials with the transition metals acting as catalysts. Ultimately, the non-harmful byproducts are the small sized water molecutes and carbon dioxide molecules. Growth of bacteria is also suppressed under a clean and dry condition.
