The invention discloses a chemical corrosion detection method of a hot rolling strip steel scale structure, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) adopting a liner cutting method to cut a cross section on hot rolling strip steel, cleaning and removing oil stain on the cross section by ultrasonic wave; (2) adopting a hot inlay method to inlay the hot rolling strip steel in inlaid materials, and enabling the cross section to expose; (3) grinding the cross section with sand paper; (4) polishing the cross section of an inlaid sample by abrasive paste; (5) mixing hydrochloric acid and alcohol to prepare mixed solution, dipping the polished inlaid sample into the mixed solution for corrosion for 4-10 s, taking out the sample, and cleaning by utilizing alcohol to remove acid liquor; and (6) observing the cross section of the inlaid sample by a metalloscope. The method of the invention has simple requirement on equipment, wide applicability and accurate detection result and has significance for controlling steel surface quality in the production process of hot rolling strip steel.

Method for preparing high-strength high-toughness magnesium alloy plate strip

The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-strength high-toughness magnesium alloy plate strip by cold deformation and artificial ageing, comprising the following steps of: placing a magnesium alloy in a thermal deformation state or a solid solution magnesium alloy cooled by water quenching after temperature preservation at the temperature of 400-540 DEG C for 1-15 hours into liquid nitrogen to be subjected to subzero treatment and cold deformation, or directly carrying out cold deformation on the original magnesium alloy in the thermal deformation state or the solid solution state, wherein the deformation is controlled to be 5-20%; and finally preserving the temperature of 100-250 DEG C for 5-100 hours and then carrying out artificial ageing, thus the high-strength high-toughness magnesium alloy is obtained. The method provided by the invention is reasonable in design, the equipment requirement is simple, the operation is convenient, and the problems that the cost is high, a large magnesium alloy is difficult to prepare and large-scale application is difficult to realize in the traditional high-strength high-toughness magnesium alloy preparation process can be effectively solved; and magnesium alloy plate strips with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties such as strength, stretchability and the like, thus the method has a good industrial application prospect.

The invention discloses an antenna array single base station positioning method based on pulse amplitude ratio fingerprints. The antenna array single base station positioning method includes steps of 1), establishing a fingerprint database; 2), performing AOA (angle of arrival) estimation by means of the fingerprint database; 3), performing TOA (time of arrival) estimation: utilizing the conventional method to measure TOA and calculating the distance; and 4), performing wireless UWB (ultrawide band) positioning: according to the estimation values of the AOA and the TOA, realizing wireless positioning based on UWB by means of conventional UWB positioning algorithm. According to the above method, pulse amplitude measurement substitutes for conventional pulse arrival trace time measurement, so that calculation of high-precision clock required for the AOA of signals due to trace time different measurement can be avoided, equipment requirements of a base station are simplified, and meanwhile, positioning accuracy of the system can be increased since amplitude measurement is simpler and higher in accuracy. Besides, simulation result indicates that error of the AOA calculated by the pulse amplitude measurement can be controlled within 0.1 degree.

Method for preparing Kefir sour milk

The invention discloses a method for preparing Kefir sour milk which comprises water, sugar and sour milk prepared from the fermentation of two different Kefir grains; the preparing method comprises the follow steps: 1. raw milk is sterilized and then cooled to the temperature of 20 DEG C to 30 DEG C; 2. the two different Kefir grains are activated and cultured separately; 3. the activated and cultured Kefir grains with inoculum size of 2 percent to 5 percen are respectively inoculated to the sterilized raw milk; 4. the raw milk is fermented for 15 hours to 24 hours at the temperature of 20 DEG C to 30 DEG C; 5. the Kefir grains are filtered out to obtain two filtrates which are fermentation agents; 6. the two fermentation agents are mixed; 7. the mixed fermentation agents with the inoculum size of 2 percent to 5 percent are inoculated to the sterilized original milks and then fermented at the variable temperature ranging from 20 DEG C to 45 DEG C for 4 hours to 6 hours; and 8. the fermented milk are blended, homogenized and canned. With the adoption of the fermentation agents for fermenting at the variable temperature, the flavor of Kefir milk is well improved. The ferment time of the product is short, the yeasts in the mixed fermentation agents are more stable and the difference between flavors of Kefir sour milk prepared in different batches is small. The product has health-care functions of regulating beneficial bacteria in intestinal canals, lowering blood lipids, resisting tumors and the like, thus being a low-cost functional beverage.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) NaHSO3 is added to reduce V (V) and Cr (VI) into V (IV) and Cr (III), (2) H2O2 is added to oxidize the V (IV) into V (V), (3) an ion exchange column is used to selectively absorb anions containing the vanadium, and effluent before penetrating is collected, (4) the chromium in the ion exchange column is washed down, and the effluent before penetrating is added to extract the chromium, (5) NaOH is used to elute resin carrying the vanadium to obtain eluant containing the vanadium, (6) ammonium metavanadate is prepared from the eluant and then roasted to obtain V2O5, and (7) the potential of hydrogen (PH)of a chromium solution is adjusted to enable the chromium to be separated out in the form of Cr(OH)3.nH2O, and then Cr2O3 powder is obtained through roasting. The method for selectively separating and extracting the vanadium and the chromium from the solution containing the vanadium and the chromium achieves efficient separation and high-purity extraction of the vanadium and the chromium, the overall recovery rate respectively reaches 82-90 % and 94-99 %, the purity of finished products respectively reaches 96-99 % and 94-97 %.
