A zinc oxide nanometer fiber cathode material for lithium ion battery and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical fields of high polymer material and chemical power source. According to the process disclosed by the invention, the cavitation effect and mechanical vibration effect produced by ultrasonic waves and an in-situ extraction process are adopted, extraction and leaching can be synchronously performed, and natural hydroxytyrosol with high content can be prepared by using simple separation and purification processes; and the method disclosed by the invention can be used for shortening the production cycle, is high in product yield, mild in separation and purification conditions, small in toxicity and low in production cost, and can be suitable for industrial production.

The porous VO2 nano-wire and the preparation method have the beneficial effects that the nano-wire is excellent in cycling characteristic and serves as a potential application material of a long-service-life lithium ion battery; the process is simple, the adopted simple hydrothermal method and calcining process have low requirements on equipment, the expanded production is likely to realize, and the market popularization can be favored.
