A diamond brazing layer is arranged at the upper portion of a
metal machine body.
Diamond abrasive particles are arranged in the
diamond brazing layer. Micro grooves are formed in the surface of the
metal machine body and are arranged in the surface of the
metal machine body in an ordered or disordered manner. The
diamond brazing layer comprises an outer circle face and grinding grooves, and the shape of the grinding grooves is determined according to workpiece
