Abstract
The invention relates to a porous heat-insulation material prepared utilizing iron ore surrounding rock and iron tailings and a preparation method of the porous heat-insulation material. The porous heat-insulation material prepared utilizing the iron ore surrounding rock and iron tailings is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30-60% of iron tailing powder, 20-50% of iron ore surrounding rock powder, 0.5-10% of foaming agent, 0-1% of cosolvent and 0.1-9% of foam stabilizer by uniformly mixing, then adding water, mixing and pulping, carrying out microwave calcining and cooling. The preparation method of the porous heat-insulation material prepared utilizing the iron ore surrounding rock and iron tailings has high utilization rates of iron ore surrounding rock and iron tailings; and the prepared porous heat-insulation material has low density and excellent heat-insulation performance.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to building materials, and relates to a porous thermal insulation material prepared by using iron ore surrounding rock and iron tailings and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the iron and steel industry, the total amount of solid waste such as surrounding rock and tailings generated by iron ore stripping has reached 2 billion tons. This takes up a lot of land, and because most of the mine tailings have been ground to below 0.15 or even 0.07mm, when they are stored in tailings dams or discharged into rivers, valleys, and lowlands nearby, they often seepage and overflow, and the wind blows Flying dust forms sandstorms that seriously pollute water sources, soil and air, deteriorate the living and production conditions in surrounding areas, and bring serious pollution and harm to the human living environment. In addition, the harmful components in the tailings and the residual b...
