light extinction coating with excellent
aging resistance and fluidity and a preparation process thereof. The rubber boot aging resistant light
extinction coating is made from
ethylene propylene rubber and
silicon dioxide, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, the following formula is adopted and includes: 100 portions of
ethylene propylene rubber, 20 to 50 portions of
silicon dioxide, 0.3 to 4.0 portions of vulcanizing agent, 2 to 15 portions of
accelerant, 2 to 10 portions of activating agent, 0.5 to 5.5 portions of protection additive, less than 0.1 to 5 portions of dispersant, less than 0.1 to 5 portions of surface treatment agent, less than 0.1 to 5 portions of flatting agent and less than 1,000 to 4,500 portions of
solvent; and 2, the materials in the formula are added in a
grinding device for
grinding, and the
grinding time and dispersing process of
silicon dioxide are controlled so that the
silicon dioxide can be evenly dispersed; after grinding, the
solvent is adopted to adjust the mixture to an appropriate concentration, and the aging resistant light
