The invention relates to the technical field of packing films, in particular to a matt packing film and a preparation method thereof. The matt packing film comprises the following raw materials: 60-80 parts of
polyethylene resin, 20-30 parts of
starch, 0.5-1.2 part of a
coupling agent, 6-10 parts of an
extinction complexing agent, 3-6 parts of an antibacterial
toughening compound, 1.2-1.8 parts of filler, 0.4-0.7 part of
ethylene-
vinyl acetate copolymer, and 0.1-0.5 part of 2, 6-dihydroxy-
benzoic acid, wherein the
extinction complexing agent is organic
silicone modified polyacrylate composite
emulsion in which nano SiO2 is dispersed and
nickel ZnO is doped; the antibacterial
toughening compound is prepared by depositing tea
polyphenol on a
modified carbon nanotube,
grafting chitosan and then finely modifying beta-
cyclodextrin. The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, pasting
starch, stirring and mixing materials, blowing and molding to obtain the film. The preparation method is simple in processes, and convenient to operate; the prepared matt packing film is outstanding in
extinction effect, outstanding in
toughness, hard to tear, high in antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and hardly attacked by
bacteria.
