According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the reaction conditions in the preparation process are moderate, the synthesis is performed at the normal pressure, no pressure equipment is required, the grain size of crystals which form the HKUST-1 is from 20 nanometers to 5 micrometers, the HKUST-1 is uniformly distributed on the surface of a polymer, and the full coverage rate is basically realized. The prepared polymer skeleton with the surface coated with the HKUST-1 has a remarkable dye adsorption effect, and the adsorption efficiency can be over 90%.
