The invention relates to a three-layer electrostatic
spinning ordered
fiber nerve conduit and preparation and application thereof. The conduit comprises an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer is a micron
fibrous membrane, the middle layer is a
polymer degradable
reticulate conduit, and the outer layer is a submicron
fibrous membrane with a three-dimensional
reticulate structure. The preparation comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving a PHBV in
chloroform /
acetone solution to prepare
mixed solution; (2) performing electrostatic
spinning on the
mixed solution to prepare a
fibrous membrane; (3) taking the fibrous membrane from a winding
bobbin, and winding into an inner
pipe; (4) weaving
polymer degradable fibers into the
reticulate conduit, and sleeving on the inner
pipe; and (5) fixing a core rod sleeved with the inner
pipe and the reticulate conduit on a high-speed winding and collecting device, and performing the electrostatic
spinning on the
mixed solution. The conduit has double functions of the nerve conduit and a
tissue engineering support, and is favorable for the attachment of cells and the growth and the expansion of nerves along a
fiber parallel direction; and the preparation method has the advantages of simpleness, no environmental
pollution and suitability for industrialized production.
