The electric transmission line insulator sweeping pole-climbing robot comprises a pole-climbing robot body, a detection pan tilt, a cleaning mechanical arm, a control module and a robot ground upper computer control system; the pole-climbing robot body is provided with a climbing deviation rectification device used for rectifying the deviation of a pole climbing track during pole climbing; the control module is provided with a movement deviation rectification control system for enabling the climbing deviation rectification device to conduct climbing deviation rectification; and the ground upper computer control system comprises an image analysis and process module for monitoring and analyzing images sent by the detection pan tilt. Through the technical scheme, safety problems exist during manpower climbing and mechanical sweeping, water flushing and gas flushing of common manpower are solved, the maintenance convenience and maintenance efficiency of an electric transmission line are improved, and the labor intensity is relieved.
