energy consumption bond are fixedly connected with the core column and the steel tube concrete frame; two sides of the continuous-row core column are provided with longitudinal and transverse mat reinforcements, and reinforcements on two sides are connected by binding rebars; soft steel energy consumption short
steel plates the strength of which is smaller than that of the steel plate are arranged between the core columns and between the core column and a frame column, thus greatly improving the
ductility and the
