Connecting device for weapon accessory

A connecting device for a weapon accessory has a seat having a sliding rack that removably connects the longitudinal groove of a weapon, and one or more gripping blocks disposed adjacent corresponding side walls of the seat. The gripping block assumes a first position where the gripping block extends inwardly towards the sliding rack to engage a selected transverse groove of the weapon, and a second position where the gripping block extends outwardly away from the respective side wall of the seat to release the longitudinal groove of the weapon. The connecting device also includes a control mechanism operatively coupled to the gripping block. The control mechanism assumes a normal position with the control mechanism controlling the gripping block to maintain the gripping block in the first position, and actuation of the control mechanism causes the gripping block to assume the second position.

Retractable utility knife

A retractable knife includes an elongate handle and a blade holder slidingly mounted within the handle for sliding movements between a retracted position and an extended position. The blade holder is configured for receiving. A manually operable blade lock is formed on the holder and including a release member rotatably mounted on the blade holder. The release member having a first portion projecting beyond the handle and positioned to be actuated by a finger of a user while holding the handle. A second portion is movable with the first portion between a locking position in which the second portion is received with a notch of a blade and a releasing position in which the second position is removed from the blade notch to a position outside the notch of the blade. A spring normally rotates the release member to move the second portion to the locking position. Actuation of the release member by the finger of the user to overcome the spring moves the second portion to the releasing position and releases the blade.

Percussion accessories for drumsticks

A drum stick accessory includes a pair of support members defining a parting plane and an elongate channel defined by elongated substantially parallel recesses on opposing sides of the parting plain. Closed resilient loops draw the support members together to minimize the channel cross-sectional dimensions. Restoring forces in the loops tend to revert the support members to the contracted condition. Insertion of a drum stick into the elongate channel separates the members and moves them from the contracted condition to an expanded condition against the action of the loops and the accessory can be reliably frictionally retained on the shaft of the drum stick due to restoring forces urging the support members against the drumstick. Hitting the drum stick as a percussion instrument provides additional sounds produced, for example, by steel shot within compartments formed in the supporting members or jingles attached thereto.

Percussion accessories for drumsticks

The accessory for a drum stick includes a pair of support members defining a parting plane and an elongate channel defined by elongated substantially parallel arcuate recesses on opposing sides of the parting plain. Biasing members, in the form of closed loops or rings, secure the support members and draw the support members together to minimize the cross-sectional dimensions of the elongate channel when the support members about against each other in a contracted condition. The cross-sectional dimensions of the elongate channel increase when the support members are separated and moved in opposing directions to an expanded condition, resulting in restoring forces in the biasing members that tend to revert the support members to the contracted condition. Sound producing elements are provided, such as steel shot within compartments formed in the supporting members or jingles attached to the support members. Insertion of a drum stick into the elongate channel separates the members and moves them from the contracted condition to an expanded condition against the action of the biasing members and the accessory can be reliably retained on the shaft of the drum stick as a result of frictional forces due to the restoring forces urging the support members against the drumstick. Hitting the drum stick as a percussion instrument provides additional sounds produced by the sound producing members, such as the steel shot or pellets or jingles.

Method for removing bubbles in polyimide solution

The present disclosure provides a method for removing bubbles in polyimide solution, including: putting the polyimide solution in an open container; and emitting microwaves to the polyimide solution using a microwave generator to perform a microwave treatment lasting a time period so as to remove the bubbles in the polyimide solution. Using the method of the present disclosure to process polyimide solution may conveniently and quickly remove the bubbles in the polyimide solution. This greatly reduces the time required by the process and thus may meet industrialization demands. Meanwhile, the method effectively reduces the volatilization of an organic solvent having a low melting point in the polyimide solution, thereby maintaining proportion stability of the polyimide solution and avoiding defects generated in subsequent coating processes.
