The invention relates to a method for control of tobacco
nematode diseases with a composite nematicidal
microorganism. The composite nematicidal
microorganism is composed of the following four microorganisms:
Gliocladium roseum,
Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom.) Samson,
Burkholderia arboris and Sarratia entomophilus. Specifically, the
Burkholderia arboris is
Burkholderia arboris J211, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO:M 2019747. The Burkholderia arboris is a strain obtained by new research, and research finds that the strain has a high
control effect on nematodes, and new functions are in continuous research; (2) on the basis of
nematode control with the Burkholderia arboris, the other three strains are mixed, and the related volume ratio therein is controlled, so that the results of outstanding
control effect and high control rate (shown as the embodiment) are realized; and 3) the composite nematicidal
microorganism adopted by the method provided by the invention has obvious capability of improving the
nematode disease resistance of field crops, and at the same time can improve commodity quality and yield of crops.
