The invention relates to a method for producing
biogas through mixing
gibberellin fungus dreg and kitchen waste and carrying out anaerobic
fermentation. The method comprises the steps: (1) removing relatively large hard impurities from the kitchen waste, carrying out uniform mixing, then, crushing the mixture by a
crusher, and sieving the crushed mixture by a
sieve with the grain size smaller than 5mm; adopting
sludge rich in active methanobacteria as
inoculation sludge, carrying out standing, removing supernatant, and adding the concentrated
sludge into a mixed substrate at a starting stage of
fermentation according to the ratio of 30g / L; (2) mixing the
gibberellin fungus dreg with the kitchen waste, and enabling the C / N ratio to be (13 to 28): 1; (3) carrying out
fermentation on the mixed substrate in a CSTR (Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor) while adjusting the temperature to 10 to 80 DEG C and the organic load to 1gVS / (L.d) to 10 gVS / (L.d), so as to degrade organic matters in a
fermentation system and produce the
biogas. According to the method, the
nutrient mixing ratio of an anaerobic
fermentation system is changed, the activity of the methanobacteria is guaranteed, and the
anaerobic digestion rate of the
gibberellin fungus dreg and the gas
production rate of the
system are increased; efficient operation for mixed fermentation is achieved, the
bacterial activity is guaranteed, the anaerobic
fermentation rate is increased, and the equipment is simple, economical and practical, so that the method is an environment-friendly treatment mode capable of changing wastes into valuables.
