By changing the composition and content of raw materials, the method can obtain the cobalt-doped gel with controllable compressive strength and half-life insurance of the cobalt-doped hollow glass microspheres.

Silane coupling agent, preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a silane coupling agent, a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical name of the silane coupling agent is vinyl ethoxy ethyl dilactate silane, and the preparation method includes: carrying out stirring reaction on vinyl trichlorosilane and ethanol in a molar ratio of 1:1.1-1.2 at 100DEG C-110DEG C for 2-3h to obtain an intermediate; reacting the intermediatewith ethyl lactate at 150-160DEG C for 4-6h to obtain a crude product, wherein the molar ratio of vinyl trichlorosilane to ethyl lactate is 1:2-4; heating the crude product to 90-110DEG C, also conducting vacuum pumping to a vacuum degree ranging from -0.09MPa to -0.095MPa, and keeping a constant temperature and constant pressure for 2-3h, reducing the pressure, then adding magnesium powder to neutralize the crude product to neutral, and performing rectification to obtain the vinyl ethoxy ethyl dilactate silane. According to the method, hydrochloric acid generated in the reaction process is adsorbed with ammonia water with a concentration of 10wt%, thus preventing environmental pollution; after being added into an acrylic emulsion, the silane coupling agent not only can the improve performance of a paint film, but also can improve the storage stability of the emulsion, and is pollution-free after decomposition.
