The present invention provides a processor device and technique having the capability of providing a two-processor solution with only one processor. In accordance with the principles of the present invention, a host processor is programmed in its native source and machine code language, and an emulated second processor is programmed in a different native source or machine code language particular to that emulated processor, to allow programming specialists in the different processors to develop common code for use on the same host processor. A multitasking operating system is included to allow time sharing operation between instructions from program code relating to the host processor (e.g., a DSP in the disclosed embodiment), and different program code relating to the emulated processor. The program code relating to the host processor (e.g., DSP) is written in program code which is native to the DSP, while the program code relating to the emulated processor (e.g., microcontroller) is written in program code which is native to the microcontroller. The SoftCore emulation module allows both DSP code and control code written for a microcontroller to execute independently on the same processor by multi-tasking resources in the faster, host processor (e.g., in the DSP), giving equal time slots of processor time to each processor (real and emulated).

The method improves the duty cycle, the dynamic range and the space charge throughput of the analyzer and of the detector, so as the response time of the E-trap analyzer. It allows flight extension without degrading E-trap sensitivity.

Isolation buffers with controlled equal time delays

A system is provided for controlling the delay in an isolation buffer. Multiple such isolation buffers are used to connect a single signal channel to multiple lines and controlled to provide an equal delay. Isolation buffer delay is controlled to be uniform by varying either power supply voltage or current. A single delay control circuit forming a delay-lock loop supplies the delay control signal to each buffer to assure the uniform delay. Since controlling delay can also vary the output voltage of each isolation buffer, in one embodiment buffers are made from two series inverters: one with a variable delay, and the second without a variable delay providing a fixed output voltage swing. To reduce circuitry needed, in one embodiment an isolation buffer with a variable power supply is provided in a channel prior to a branch, while buffers having a fixed delay are provided in each branch. A wafer test system can be configured using the isolation buffers having equal delays to enable concurrently connecting one tester channel to multiple wafer test probes.

The water outlet control method comprises the following steps: 1, putting a transparent cup body below a water outlet of the automatic water dispenser, shooting the transparent cup body by using a camera, and selecting a plurality of frames of images from ashot video at equal time intervals; 2, selecting an ROI (Region of Interest) by taking a cup mouth central point of the transparent cup body as an image central point; 3, performing edge detection onthe ROI to obtain the inner edge of the cup mouth and the upper edge of the liquid level; 4, establishing a rectangular coordinate system by taking the corner point of the ROI as an original point, calculating the number of pixel points between the upper edge of the inner edge of the cup mouth and the upper edge of the liquid level, and comparing the number of the pixel points with a second numberthreshold value; and 5, if the number of the pixel points is smaller than a second number threshold value, for the water outlet of the automatic water dispenser, stopping discharging water otherwise,repeating the step 2 to the step 4, and processing the selected next frame of image.
