Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a nylon surface grafting chitosan hydrophilic antibiotic material, which comprises the steps of partially hydrolyzing amido bonds on the surface of a nylon material by utilizing concentrated acid or concentrated alkaline and preparing a surface modified nylon material by dewatering and crosslinking chitosan and surface hydrolyzed nylon via carbodiimide. The invention has simple process method and low cost. The modified nylon material has increased surface hydrophilicity and surface antibiotic effect.
