The invention adopts the InxGa1-XN of 1 to 2 single-atom layer thickness to be inserted into the cap layer so that the two-dimensional island-like surface of the InGaN quantum well surface becomes smooth, that the distribution of the In group becomes more uniform and that the subsequently formed GaN cap layer has a better quality in which the InGaN quantum well is not decomposed during the temperature rise and does not undergo thermal degradation during the subsequent high temperature growth of the p-type AlGaN / GaN light confinement layer.

Method for preparing ageratina adenophora extract by membrane separation

The invention relates to the plant extraction field, and in particular relates to a method for preparing ageratina adenophora extract by membrane separation. The method comprises the following steps: smashing ageratina adenophora and sieving to obtain ageratina adenophora powder, and soaking the ageratina adenophora powder with a solvent and extracting to obtain an extracting solution; and separating obtained filtrate by a micro-filtration membrane through microfiltration, then carrying out ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis concentration to remove proteins, macromolecule solid matters, polysaccharide, pigment and the like to finally obtain the ageratina adenophora extract with solid content being 8-30%, wherein micromolecule active ingredients before and after treatment by the method are unchanged basically, the pigment removal rate can reach about 95% and the solid content removal rate is up to about 50%. According to the method, energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved, the operation is simple, active ingredient loss is low, the solvent can be recycled easily and the pigment removal rate is high, the method is suitable for industrialization-scale production and lays up the material basis for promotion and application of the ageratina adenophora extracts.
