Method for synthesizing high-density aviation fuel by using cyclopentanone as raw material

The invention relates to a synthetic route of a hydrocarbon fuel with high density and high volumetric calorific value by using a lignocelluloses-based platform chemical compound as a raw material and completely independent of fossil energy. A liquid fuel obtained by the method can be used in various aircrafts or used as an additive to raise combustion performance of aviation fuel. The method is divided into two parts: 1) under the promotion action of an acid / base catalyst, cyclopentanone (furfural selective hydrogenation product) is subjected to an aldol self-condensation reaction to synthesize unsaturated organic compounds with C10 and C15 polycyclic structures; and 2) a metal loaded A / X catalyst is used to carry out a one-step hydrodeoxygenation and hydrogenation reaction on products generated from the step 1 under low-temperature solvent-free conditions, so as to obtain polycyclic hydrocarbon fuel with carbon number being 10 and 15. The liquid fuel has high density (C10: 0.92g / cm<3>; C15: 1.12g / cm<3>), can be used to effectively raise carrying energy of an aircraft and reduce fuel consumption rate, and meets requirements of high navigational speed, large load and long range.

The invention relates to a catalyst which using N-doped porous carbon as a carrier to support metal. The catalyst is composed of 0.1wt%-30wt% of metal particles and 70wt%-99.9wt% of bio-N-doped porous carbon carrier, and can be used for catalyzing aqueous phase hydrogenation of bio-furfural to highly selectively prepare furfural alcohol or cyclopentanone. The invention relates to chemical technical field, in particular to a method for using magnesia catalyst to catalyze and oxidize cyclone to synthesize lactone. The invention uses commercial cyclopentanone, cyclohexanone and adamantaneketone as raw materials, at mild condition, to reach the total yield of lactone compound more than 90%. The invention uses hydrogen dioxide water solution as oxidant, to eliminate the environment pollution of traditional oxidation process as peroxyacid, to realize environment-friend catalysis conversion. The invention provides a method for preparing cyclopentanone and / or cyclopentanol by furfural or furfuryl alcohol. The method includes the following steps of firstly, mixing furfural or furfuryl alcohol with solvent according to proportion; secondly, adding catalyst with hydrogenating function into the mixture in the first step; and thirdly, reacting in the reducing atmosphere to obtain cyclopentanone and / or cyclopentanol. The method for preparing cyclopentanone and / or cyclopentanol by furfural or furfural alcohol is high in yield of the cyclopentanone and / or cyclopentanol, and further, is simple in process, convenient to operate, mild in reaction conditions, no carbon deposition is caused during the whole reaction, the catalyst is low in cost and easy to obtain and can be reused without lowering activity.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a supported catalyst for preparing cyclopentanone with furfural through hydrogenation. An activated carbon nano tube is adopted as a carrier, and loading metal comprises Ni, Cu, Co and Mg. The method for preparing the catalyst adopts a double dropwise adding and coprecipitation method, thus preparing the catalyst with high capacity and improving the catalytic effect of the catalyst; the preparation condition for the catalyst is easy to realize; and the range of raw materials for preparation is wide, precursors of all components are general and the raw materials for preparation can be selected flexibly according to market price. The catalyst prepared by the method has higher catalytic activity, the furfural conversion efficiency is above 96.6%, and the cyclopentanone selectivity is above 95.4%, so that the catalyst can be used for preparing the cyclpentanone with the furfural as a raw material, the problem that cyclopentanone self polymerization is easy to occur so as to generate a material with high boiling point in the process of generation of cyclopentanone by taking adipic acid as a raw material is solved, and the product yield is improved.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a catalyst for preparation of cyclopentanone through hydrogenation of water phase furfural. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing in situ synthesis of a hierarchical pore Y-type molecular sieve carrier by using a one-step hydrothermal crystallization process, and then preparing a molecular sieve loaded type catalyst by using a dipping process. The invention further discloses a method for preparing cyclopentanone through hydrogenation of water phase furfural in the presence of the catalyst. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in steps; and operation conditions are easily controlled. The synthesized hierarchical pore Y-type molecular sieve is relatively high in crystallization degree, contains micropores and mesopores, and also is large in specific surface area. The catalyst prepared by using the molecular sieve has a developed hierarchical pore structure to ensure that a reactant is quickly diffused and transferred; carbon deposition is not easily formed on the surface of the catalyst, and meanwhile, the side effects are reduced. Compared with a catalyst prepared by using a conventional molecular sieve, the catalyst has the advantages of remarkably increasing the reaction rate, increasing the yield of a target product, and being or in catalysis effect, and better in industrial prospect.

Method for synthesizing lactone compound by catalytic oxidation of cyclone

The present invention belongs to chemistry technology field, in particular to a method to synthesize lactone compound with cyclone oxide which is an environmental friendly catalyst. The present invention adopts a composite metal oxide MgO / SnO2compound as the catalyst, adopts hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, and Benzonitrile together with 1,4-bensodioxanes as the solvents, then the cyclone oxide is catalyzed to synthesize the lactone compound in a specific reaction temperature. The present invention uses ketone adamantine, cyclohexanone, and cyclopentanone available in the market, and the yield can be as high as 90 percent in the mild condition. Meanwhile, because of the hydrogen peroxide adopted ad the oxidant, the oxidation methods in prior art is avoided such as peracid, all of which cause environmental problem, and the aim of environmental friendly catalyzing / conversion is accomplished. The present invention is low in price, but has suitability for industrialized production of lactone compound.

Method for preparing cyclopentanone through cyclopentanol dehydrogenation

The invention relates to a method for preparing cyclopentanone through cyclopentanol dehydrogenation. The method comprises the steps of carrying out catalytic dehydrogenation and rectification reactions on the raw material cyclopentanol so as to directly obtain the high-purity cyclopentanone, wherein the catalytic dehydrogenation temperature is 85-115 DEG C, the system pressure is 100-300mmHg, and granular Raney nickel type metal alloy comprising 53% of Al, 44% of Ni and 3% of Mo is adopted as a catalyst in the dehydrogenation reaction; and the cyclopentanol load WWH of the catalyst is 2-4hr-1. The gas-phase dehydrogenation reaction product directly enters in a rectifying column of which the number of theoretical plates is 45 to be purified and the reflux ratio of the rectifying column is controlled to be (2:1)-(5:1)to ensure that a cyclopentanone product with the purity of more than 99.9% is obtained. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the energy consumption is low; the use efficiency of the catalyst is high; the production cost is greatly reduced; the purity of the obtained cyclopentanone product is more than 99.9%; and a green and environment-friendly production process is provided.
