The device is applied and adheres to the mucosa of the oral cavity without causing side effects or leaving an unpleasant taste. Preferably the device is a bilayer tablet having a mucoadhesive layer and an overlying active substance containing layer. The mucoadhesive layer may contain PVP as the only adhesive or may be combined with other hydrophilic polymeric substances. The active layer also contains a hydrophilic polymer carrier. The layers in the device dissolve and release the active substance to the oral cavity and is particularly adapted for the delivery of substances active in the oral cavity such as breath fresheners and substances to combat dry mouth. The invention relates to a method for preparing a length-diameter-ratio nano-silver wire by a pH-value regulation solvothermal method. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing the following ethylene glycol solution, namely an ethylene glycol solution A of silver nitrate or silver acetate, an ethylene glycol solution B of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), an ethylene glycol solution C of water-soluble chloride and concentrated acid D; mixing the components according to a certain amount and fully stirring to form a final mixed solution; moving the final mixed solution into a reaction kettle; placing in an oven for reaction for a certain time; taking the reaction kettle out and cooling to room temperature to obtain mother liquid of the nano-silver wire; adding alcohol into the mother liquid for diluting, and removing supernatant liquor to obtain a precipitate; and repeatedly performing centrifugal separation, and thus obtaining nano-silver wire dispersion liquid uniformly dispersed in the alcohol. The method is simple, high in efficiency and low in cost, and can prepare high-quality nano-silver wires within a wider range of reaction condition; and prepared products are high in length-diameter ratio, good in length uniformity and low in impurity content.

The invention provides a method for preparing polyhedral cuprous oxide nanometer granules. The method adopts a chemical solution method to prepare polyhedral cuprous oxide nanometer granules comprising cubes, chamfered cubes, cubic octahedrons, chamfered octahedrons or octahedral series. The properties such as the weather resistance, the mechanical property, the coating transparency, and the like of the hybrid material are greatly improved.

Preparing low density porous tin dioxide nano fiber laser target material by electro-static spinning method

The electrostatic spinning process for preparing low density porous nanometer SnO2 fiber as laser target material is fast, efficient and simple. The electrostatic spinning process includes compound spinning solution with polyvinyl pyrrolidone, absolute ethyl alcohol, tin tetrachloride in certain weight proportion through mixing at room temperature; electrostatic spinning through spraying the spinning solution with spinning jet to an accepting screen 5-30 cm apart from the jet while applying electric field of 0.1-1 kv / cm, controlling the spraying time and the motion of the accepting screen to obtain fiber of different density and deposited in different areas; and roasting at 450-550 deg.c to obtain the nanometer SnO2 fiber.
