The invention discloses an anti-
icing coating for a low-temperature and high-
humidity environment. The anti-
icing coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by
mass: 45-65wt% of
polyurethane resin, 10-20wt% of a functional porous nano material, 17-25wt% of a wear-resistant filler, 10-15wt% of a
solvent and 2-3wt% of an assistant; the component B is an
isocyanate curing agent; and the
mass ratio of the component A to the component B is (5-5.5): 1. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing the functional porous nano material, and uniformly stirring the elastic
polyurethane resin, the auxiliary agent, the
solvent accounting for 70% of the total amount and the functional porous nano material at a
low speed, adding the wear-resistant filler, and uniformly stirring at high speed, after uniformly stirring,
grinding for 0.5-4 hours, and finally adding the
residual solvent to adjust the
viscosity, so as to obtain the component A, and before use, mixing the component A and the component B, uniform stirring and acquiring the anti-
icing coating. The coating is good in film-forming propertyand compact in structure, the surface of a coating layer has low icing temperature and good hydrophobic property, and the coating has good anti-icing property in a low-temperature and high-
humidity environment.
