The invention provides a method for preparing and synthesizing a ferroferric-oxide-supported cobalt selenide magnetic nano composite material by a hydrothermal process and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of preparation and application of nano materials. The invention does not need to previously prepare any template or use any surfactant, has the advantage of mild reaction process, and is easy to control; and the obtained ferroferric-oxide-supported cobalt selenide magnetic nano composite material has high activities in catalyzing reduction of nitrophenol and adsorbing methylene blue. The result indicates that 1mg of ferroferric-oxide-supported cobalt selenide magnetic nano composite material can completely catalyze the nitrophenol in 0.1ml of 5.0*10<-3>M nitrophenol solution by only 13 minutes; and 50mg of ferroferric-oxide-supported cobalt selenide magnetic nano composite material can completely adsorb the methylene blue in 50ml of 5mg / L methylene blue solution by only 25 minutes. Besides, the prepared sample has magnetic property, thus, can be conveniently separated and collected with a magnet, and is convenient for recycling.

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a modification electrode. According to the preparation method, a polysulfanilic acid modified graphite electrode is prepared, the electrochemical behavior of o, m and p-nitrophenol on the electrode is studied through a cyclic voltammetry method, and a cyclic voltammetry curve is subjected to semi-differential treatment, so that the sensitivity and the separation degree of the electrode are further improved. The result shows that in a phosphate buffer solution of which the pH value is 8.00, the modified electrode has a remarkable function in distinguishing electrochemical oxidation of three isomers and a function of remarkably improving the current sensitivity. Compared with a naked graphite electrode, according to the graphite electrode, the differences of two adjacent oxidation peak potentials between o-nitrophenol and p-nitrophenol and between p-nitrophenol and m-nitrophenol are respectively increased to be 90mV and 155mV from 80mV and 133mV, and meanwhile the measurement sensitivity is remarkably improved, the peak current and the concentration of components are in relatively good linear response, and the electrode is good in reproducibility and stability.
