The invention solves the problems of seawater corrosion and marine microbial corrosion caused by direct contact of the steel surface with water; the steel parts can be processed directly; and the process is simple, and reduces cost.

The invention discloses a method for spraying a coating and a killing coating on the surface of an oil tank and for jointly preventing corrosion, wherein a metal corrosion prevention coating is sprayed on the metal surface of an oil tank base body at first; and next, the killing coating taking natural asphalt-improved epoxy resin as a base body, taking polyamide or isocyanate as a cross-linking agent, and taking quaternary ammonium or styrene-acrylic isothiazolinone as a killing agent, is coated on the surface of the sprayed metal coating.
