The starch-based plastic alloy contains the following components in parts by weight: 40-90 parts of starch, 5-60 parts of poly(butylene succinate), 5-60 parts of polylactic acid, 10-40 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-10 parts of compatibilizer and 1-10 parts of processing acid. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing starch, plasticizer and part of processing aid, and extruding to obtain thermoplastic starch particles; then, mixing the thermoplastic starch particles with poly(butylene succinate), polylactic acid, compatibilizer and the residual processing aid, and extruding to obtain the starch-based plastic alloy. The starch-based plastic alloy disclosed by the invention is favorable in hydrophobicity and strength, good in component compatibility, favorable in thermoplastic processability, capable of realizing continuous production and processing as well as simple and feasible in technical process.

The invention relates to a lanthanum-modified nickel-copper octanol hydrorefining catalyst, preparation and application thereof. The catalyst is prepared by taking Gamma-Al2O3 as a carrier, taking lanthanum as an auxiliary agent, taking nickel-copper as a active component and adopting an immersion method; and the aluminum oxide accounts for 40-90%in the terms of 100% by mass, the content of nickel is 1-40% in the terms of NiO, the content of copper is 1-30% in the terms of CuO, and the lanthanum as the auxiliary agent is 0.1-10% in the terms of La2O3; and a hydrogenation evaluation result indicates that the catalyst is reduced at a temperature of 350-550 DEG C, and under the conditions that the reaction temperature is 120 DEG C, the reaction pressure is 2.5MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen to liquid is 8:1 and the volume air speed is 3.0h<-1>, the hydrogenation rates of unsaturated substances such as octylene aldehyde, isooctyl aldehyde and octylene alcohol are all more than 95%.

The prepared catalyst is used for modifying a carrier by using a rare earth element, reducing the amount of an active component of a nickel ion entering a carrier framework and improving the content of surface nickel species; the active component is loaded by adopting a hydrothermal deposition method, the dispersion of nickel salts on the surface of a carrier pore canal by using hydrothermal high-temperature and high-pressure conditions and forming nickel precipitation with proper size at the loading initial period of the active component by using a deposition reaction, so the invention can effectively control the amount of the nickel ions entering the carrier, improve the content of the surface nickel species and simultaneously can avoid the growth of nickel oxide particles; and the catalyst greatly increases the surface nickel active site, effectively improves the utilization rate of the active component of nickel and has higher catalytic reaction activity during hydrorefining the octanol at higher airspeed. The result shows that the hydrogenation rate of an unsaturated substance in crude octanol reaches over 90 percent when the temperature is 120DEG c, the pressure is 2.5MPa, the ratio of hydrogen to liquid for feeding is 8:1 and the airspeed is 30<-1>hour.

The invention discloses a method for preparing silicon-based nano-scale ordered porous silicon, comprising the following steps of: (1) ultrasonically washing an n-shaped one-side polished monocrystalline silicon piece in an acetone solvent, absolute ethyl alcohol and de-ionized water sequentially; and (2) preparing a porous silicon layer on the polished surface of the silicon piece by a double-tank electrochemical corrosion method, taking the aqueous solution of hydrofluoric acid having the mass fraction of 5-9% as corrosive liquid, and applying corrosion current, wherein the density of the corrosion current is 75-155 mA / cm<2>, and the corrosion time is 5-30 min; and the process is performed at the room temperature without illumination. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, quick, effective and practicable, and high in operability; and the bore diameter of the obtained porous silicon is at hundred-nanometer scale, and has the characteristics of high porosity and highly ordered pore canals. The method is capable of achieving the purpose of the silicon-based nano-scale ordered porous silicon by controlling the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid, the corrosion current density and the corrosion time; and the silicon-based nano-scale ordered porous silicon is an ideal material for preparing biological and chemical sensor elements.

Preparation of catalyst with carrier of ceria-zirconia solid solution and application of catalyst in NOx removal

The invention relates to a preparation method of a catalyst i.e., supported transition metal chrome with a carrier of a ceria-zirconia solid solution, and application of the catalyst in selectively catalytic oxidizing NO in flue gases. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: 1, that cerium nitrate and zirconium oxychloride are dissolved in deionized water and stirred, and are dried and calcinated after fully reaction, thereby obtaining the carrier of the ceria-zirconia solid solution; and 2, that chromic nitrate and the ceria-zirconia solid solution are dissolved in water and stirred, and are dried and calcinated after fully reaction, thereby obtaining the catalyst Cr / CexZr1-xO2. The catalyst prepared in the invention increases superoxide radicals to the carrier which is used for catalytic oxidizing NO, thereby assisting migration and diffusion of bulk phase oxygen, and facilitating the NO to be oxidized on carrier surface. Thus, the catalyst has good capability of catalytic oxidizing NO.

The invention relates to anti-Ag diffusion phototonus electro-conductive slurry and a preparation method thereof. The anti-Ag diffusion phototonus electro-conductive slurry contains the following ingredients (based on weight percentage): 50-80%of Ag power, 2-20%of function metal powder, 2-15%of adhesion promoter and 16-30%of photosensitive organic system. The function metal powder is the powder of zincum, stannum, bismuth or plumbum or the mixture of two or more of above metals. The photosensitive organic system contains photopolymerization initiator monomer, active thinner, preformed polymer and inert solvent. The conditions for the preparation method are easy to reach and the invention can effectively prevent the Ag from diffusing into the transparent medium layer if the phototonus electro-conductive slurry is used to prepare a BUS conductive electrode and an ADD conductive electrode for a plasma display, thus avoiding the phenomenon that the transparent medium layer turns yellow and remarkably improving the image display quality of the plasma display.
