The invention discloses a preparation method of a polycarbonate microporous material with bimodal distribution, aiming at solving the technical problem that the thermoplastic foam prepared by adopting the existing preparation method only has unimodal distribution or easily pollutes the environment. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the steps of: placing a polycarbonate sheet in CO2 fluid under a super-critical state to carry out saturation to obtain an even PC (polycarbonate) / CO2 mixture after being entirely saturated; carrying out first-time fast pressure relief within the time of 4-30 seconds, and keeping for 0.5-3 hours under the constant-temperature and constant-pressure state; carrying out second-time fast pressure relief within the time of 4-30 seconds, thus relieving the pressure in an autoclave to the atmospheric pressure; fast taking out the CO2 gas-containing polycarbonate sheet, transferring to a constant-temperature glycerol bath to carry out foaming; and finally, shaping the foamed polycarbonate sheet in an ice-water bath for 30 minutes to obtain the polycarbonate microporous material with bimodal distribution. The supercritical CO2 fluid used in the preparation method is low-cost, non-toxic and non-inflammable, and has no pollution to the atmosphere and water body, as well as no damage role to ozone sphere, thus being an environment-friendly physical foaming agent.

This phosphor-containing sheet provides a phosphor sheet having good shapability and high adhesive power as a phosphor sheet bonded to an LED chip as a wavelength conversion layer.

Preparation method of nano-silica with surface grafted with polystearylmethacrylate

The invention relates to a preparation method of nano-silica with the surface grafted with polystearylmethacrylate, belonging to the field of surface grafting and modification of nano-particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly grafting amino silane to the surface of nano-silica in a high polar solvent by virtue of a reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization method; then grafting a chain transfer agent to the surfaces of nano-particles through amino silane by virtue of the combination between thiol ester functional groups and amino functional groups on the chain transfer agent; finally providing free radicals by an initiator, and polymerizing monomers of polystearylmethacrylate to the tail end of the chain transfer agent. According to the polystearylmethacrylate-grafted nano-silica nano-particles prepared by virtue of the preparation method, the dispersity of nano-silica in low density polyethylene and a crosslinked polyethylene matrix is improved. According to the preparation method, a firm foundation is laid for the further improvement of mechanical and electrical properties of polyvinyl nano-composite materials.

The invention discloses a dual-component in-situ injection type polyasparagine bionic tissue adhesive and a preparing method thereof. The tissue adhesive is composed of a first polyasparagine component solution and a second polyasparagine component solution with different reactive functional groups. A first component is polyasparagine with a vinyl functional group, a catechol functional group anda hydroxyl functional group, a second component is polyasparagine with a sulfydryl functional group, a catechol functional group and a hydroxyl functional group, a solvent of the first component is ahydrogen peroxide solution, and a solvent of the second component is a horse radish peroxidase solution. The catechol functional groups in the first component and the second component have the marinemussel imitation adhesion characteristic and can have noncovalent interaction with a tissue surface, the adhesive has tissue adhesiveness, and tissue repairing is realized. The tissue adhesive has excellent tissue adhesive strength and use convenience and has important significance in replacing surgical sutures and healing wounds.
