The invention relates to a modified waterborne epoxy resin / nano SiO2 composite hydrophobic coating and a preparation method. The hydrophobic coating takes amino silicone oil modified waterborne epoxyresin as a base material, and hydrophobic coatings with different hydrophobicity are prepared by simply adjusting the addition amount of fluorinated SiO2 nano powder. The preparation method comprisesfollowing three steps: 1) modifying pretreated nano SiO2 by using 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane (FAS) to obtain fluorinated nano SiO2, 2) modifying waterborne epoxy resin by using amino silicone oil, and 3), compounding the fluorinated nano SiO2 with the modified waterborne epoxy resin to prepare the hydrophobic coating. According to the preparation method, a bifunctional silane coupling agent is used for modifying the nano SiO2, so that the treated base material has extremely low surface energy and extremely poor wettability. The amino silicon oil can enable the base material to have a certain degree of water resistance. The preparation method is simple in process, the coating has good hydrophobicity and lipophobicity, and the mechanical property is also improved.

The production method comprises the following process steps: (1) preparing polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), zinc acetate, N, N-dimethylformamide and acetone according to a certain proportion, and uniformly stirring, (2) preparinga polyvinylidene fluoride / zinc acetate nanofiber membrane by utilizing an electrostatic spinning technology, (3) putting the polyvinylidene fluoride / zinc acetate nanofiber membrane into an oven for heat treatment to obtain a polyvinylidene fluoride / zinc oxide nanofiber membrane, (4) soaking the polyvinylidene fluoride / zinc oxide nano-fiber membrane with absolute ethyl alcohol, and then putting the soaked polyvinylidene fluoride / zinc oxide nano-fiber membrane into hexamethylenetetramine, zinc nitrate and an ammonia water solution for hydrothermal treatment to obtain a zinc oxide@polyvinylidenefluoride nano-fiber membrane, and (5) modifying the zinc oxide@polyvinylidene fluoride nanofiber membrane with 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, so as to obtain the hybrid nanofiber composite membrane. The preparation method comprises the steps of: adding glutaraldehyde into an acetic acid mixed solution of carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes and chitosan for crosslinking for 0.5-2 hours, and performing freeze drying for 24-48 hours to obtain aerogel; immersing theobtained aerogel into a graphene oxide solution, then immersing the aerogel into an ascorbic acid solution, and performing reducing for 1-3h at a temperature of 60-80 DEG C; and finally, immersing theaerogel into an ethanol solution of perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane for 12-24 hours, taking out the aerogel, performing drying, and pasting electrodes at two ends, so as to obtain a super-hydrophobic piezoresistive pressure sensor. The static contact angle of water drops on the surface of the piezoresistive pressure sensor is larger than 150 degrees, a stable electric response signal is shown for external pressure stimulation, the sensor still keeps hydrophobic during compression, and the piezoresistive pressure sensor can be used for human motion detection.
