Call center supervisors require information about the performance of call center agents in order to manage them appropriately. Previously this information has been provided in two general forms. Current information in the form of statistics such as queue lengths, numbers of active agents, etc. and historical information in the form of aggregate data such as the average waiting time over a 15 minute period. At present supervisors have no means of accessing information about the state of a call center at a particular past time instant. The present invention provides this information by using a pegging engine to extrapolate from statistics about behaviour of the call center at a past time instant to values of those statistics at a required past time instant. Information about events occurring in the call center is used in order to carry out this extrapolation.

A method, system and computer readable medium for providing an editing mode for a graphical user interface (GUI) is described. A toggle widget is provided to a user of a GUI during execution of the application presenting the GUI. When the user presses the toggle widget, the GUI is placed in an editing mode, whereby the normal functions of all of the widgets of the GUI, except for the toggle widget, are suspended. While in editing mode, the user is allowed to modify the locations of all of the widgets of the GUI, except for the toggle widget. The user subsequently modifies the locations of widgets of the GUI. Then, the user presses the toggle widget again and the GUI is exited from editing mode. Once exited from editing mode, the normal functions of all of the widgets of the GUI are restored and the new locations of the widgets are fixed.

High specific separating and enriching characteristics on the triazine weedicide are achieved, the recovery rate is 65-110 percent, and the requirement of multiple residues can be met.

(2) purification of CDOP, vacuum distillation is carried out. (3) DOPO with high purity and yield is gained through the hydrolysis and crystallization. The preparation materials comprises the O-phenylphenol, the Phosphorus trichloride, the toluene, the alcohol, the deionized water, the itaconic acid, the ethylene glycol, the p-benzoquinone and the acetone. The invention simplifies the process conditions, improves the product purity with good production stability and repeatability. The purity of the product reaches over 99.0 per cent, the content of the chloride is below 50ppm, the OPP is about 0.01 per cent, the color is about 10 (10 per cent solution of acetone), the zinc-ion is less than 10ppm. The preparation method of the derivatives DDP, DDP-EG, DOPO-BQ is simple, good in stability and high in yield.
