C, heating degreased grape seeds with 25-35% water solution of ethanol for backflow, charging 50-70% ethanol or isopropanol solution into the concentrated extract liquid, agitating and stewing, decompressing and filtering, thus obtaining proanthocyanidin crude extract liquid, then adsorbing with polystyrene resin, carrying out desorption with desorbent after adsorption saturation, drying the eluent under reduced pressure, finally obtaining refined proanthocyanidin product.
