The invention relates to a method for
ultrasound-assisted
fiber surface expanding of nonwoven cloth and loading with
nano zinc oxide. The method includes the steps: 1) mixing evenly a
cellulose nanocrystal suspension and a
zinc salt solution, putting the
mixed solution into an
ultrasonic generator, and heating in water bath; 2) putting the nonwoven cloth into the
mixed solution, carrying out ultrasonic heating for 0.1-3 h at the temperature of 40-100 DEG C, after the reaction is finished, taking out the nonwoven cloth, putting the nonwoven cloth into an alkali liquid, impregnating, then taking out the nonwoven cloth, and
drying; and 3) adding
ammonia water into a
zinc salt solution until the pH of the solution is 10-12, to obtain a
zinc ammonia solution; and putting the dried nonwoven cloth into the zinc
ammonia solution, carrying out hot and cold alternating impregnation for 1-100 cycles, taking out the nonwoven cloth, and
drying to obtain the product.
Nano zinc oxide with different topological structures are evenly loaded on the surface of the
nonwoven fabric fibers, easy agglomeration, difficult
recovery and difficult preparation of pure
nano zinc oxide particles are effectively avoided, the whole preparation process has no
pollution to the environment, and the method is suitable for
industrial scale production.
