Alicyclic-containing polyimide film and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an alicyclic-containing polyimide film. The molecular structure general formula of the film is the right formula, wherein, -CA- is a bivalence connection group of an alicyclic dibasic primary amine, -Ar- is a bivalence connection group of an aromatic dibasic primary amine, and -R- is a bivalence connection group of an aromatic dibasic estolide. The preparation thereof includes: the alicyclic dibasic primary amine and the aromatic dibasic primary amine are dissolved in non-proton organic solvent with strong polarity, the aromatic dibasic estolide is added, the non-proton organic solvent with strong polarity is used for regulating the viscosity of the alicyclic-containing polyamic acid resin solution after reaction for 1-3 hours, forming is carried out in a curtain coating machine, and dehydration fever imidization, cooling and demoulding are carried out so as to obtain the film. The preparation method has mild reaction condition and low cost and is environmentally friendly; and meanwhile, the alicyclic-containing polyimide film has excellent mechanic property and heat resistant property and low water absorption, and the visible light transmission thereof is as high as more than 97%. The film has good application prospect in the fields of optical waveguide material, photorefractive material and photoelectric material in optical communication field and direct action membrane material in the liquid crystal display field and the like.

The invention relates to high-temperature-resistant modified polyfunctional epoxy matrix resin for an advanced composite material. The resin comprises tetramaleimide resin, carboxy terminated nitrile rubber, polyfunctional epoxy resin, a curing agent and an organic solvent. A preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the tetramaleimide resin, the carboxy terminated nitrile rubber and the polyfunctional epoxy resin into a reaction kettle and reacting at the temperature of 110 DEG C for one hour; adding the organic solvent and dissolving under stirring to obtain a component A;mixing the curing agent and the organic solvent and dissolving under stirring to obtain a component B; and mixing the component A and the component B and uniformly stirring during use. The high-temperature-resistant modified polyfunctional epoxy matrix resin provided by the invention has the advantages of high room temperature tensile shear strength, high heat resistance, wide application prospect in the fields such as electronics, micro-electronics, printed circuit boards (PCB), motors, aerospace and the like, simple preparation process, low cost and contribution to realizing industrial production.

The preparation method thereof comprises steps of adding the fluorine containing aromatic binary primary amine and strongly polar non-protonic organic solvent into a polymerizing bottle, stirring at room temperature, after being completely dissolved, adding the aromatic binary anhydride, stirring, after 3 hours reaction, obtaining transparent and thick fluorine containing aromatic polyamide acid resin solution having homogeneous phase; and using the strongly polar non-protonic organic solvent to regulate viscosity of the fluorine containing aromatic polyamide acid resin solution, forming film, heating, carrying out dehydrating hot-imidization reaction, cooling, demoulding, thus obtaining the full aromatic fluorine containing transparent polyimide film. The preparation method has mild reaction condition, simple operation and low cost and is environment friendly. The full aromatic fluorine containing transparent polyimide film has excellent mechanical property and heat tolerance and visible light transmission thereof is up to 95%.

The invention relates to a preparation method of high temperature resistant single-component solventless epoxy adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: adding aromatic binary primary amine and strongly polar non-proton organic solvent in a reaction tank, stirring at room temperature to dissolve, adding aromatic binary acid anhydride to perform refluxing and water-segregating reaction at 120-150 DEG C for 6-12h, cooling, adding the reaction solution in a stamp tank with precipitant to precipitate solid powder, namely white thermoplastic polyimide powder, adding white thermoplastic polyimide powder and tertiary amine compound or imidazole compound in epoxy resin to react for 1-2h, adding active diluent and latent curing agent to stir evenly and obtaining the product. The production process is easy and the cost is low so as to realize industrialized production; the tensile shear intensions of the epoxy adhesive at room temperature and 120 DEG C are respectively up to 28Mpa and26Mpa and the epoxy adhesive has broad application prospect in fields such as electronics and microelectronics, electrical motors, aviation and aerospace and the like.

Method for preparing aromatic polybenzimidazole resin film

The invention relates to a preparation method for aromatic series polybenzimidazole resin film, comprising: (1) under function of polyphosphoric acid / phosphorus pentoxide system, condensation polymerization reaction is carried out to aromatic series amine and aromatic series dicarboxylic acids mixed according to mol ratio of 1:1 in nitrogen atmosphere; (2) after cooling, polymer is poured into water and broken down into powder in a resin pulper and washed over and over again by distilled water and soaked for 48 hours in NaHCO3 solution and washed till pH value shows neutral and drawn and filtered for drying in vacuum; (3) the polymer dried is dissolved in even solution prepared by organic solvent with mass percent of 5 percent, and then is dried at temperature of 130 DEG C for 12 hours, and is soaked in hot water for boiling and striping, and is dried in vacuum at temperature of 100 DEG C for 5 hours and then is obtained. The polybenzimidazole prepared by the invention has the advantages of big molecule weight, stable thermal stability, fine solubility and film forming performance, etc. The preparation has simple technology, low cost, convenient operation and can be finished in common equipments through preparation procedure.

Preparation comprises steps of: dissolving primary diamine in a strongly polarnon-proton solvent, cooling the same by cold water to 5 DEG. C to 10 DEG. C, adding aromatic dianhydride, mixing, reacting 4h to 10h at 5 DEG. C to 10 DEG. C, acquiring homogeneous, transparent, sticky polyamic acid resin solution; wherein mol number of aromatic dianhydride is equal to that of primary diamine; adjusting viscosity of polyamic acid resin solution by N,N-dimethyl acetamide, forming film in a casting machine, heating to raise temperature, processing dehydration heat imidization, cooling, deciduating to acquire homogeneous and transparent polyimide thin film. The preparation method has mild reaction condition, sample to operate, low in cost and environmental friendly; mechanical property and thermal stability of the polyimide thin film are excellent with high visible light permeability reaching 94% and film thickness 50 micrometers.

A spinning technology is simple; and the obtained graphene fiber is good in electrical conductivity, excellent in mechanical property and better in toughness, can be woven into pure-graphene fiber cloth, and also can be woven with other fibers in a blending way so as to make various functional fabrics, so that the high-strength conductive graphene fiber can be used for replacing carbon fiber in a plurality of fields.

The invention discloses an acid-cleaning inhibiter for cleaning a boiler and a use method thereof. The acid-cleaning inhibiter comprises the following components by weight percent: 2.0%-10.0% of acid liquor, 0.08-0.25% of urotropine, 0.04-0.15% of dimethylbenzene thiourea or thiourea, 0.01-0.05% of thiocyanate, 0.03-0.12% of dodecyl-cetyl phenmethyl chloride or bromide, 0.05-0.12% of a surface active agent and the balance of water. Acids suitable for the acid-cleaning inhibiter include hydrochloric acid, citric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aminosulfonic acid and phosphoric acid, which are suitable for boiler steel, mild steel, alloy steel and steam steel. The inhibition effect of the invention is over 98% with less toxicity under the boiler chemical cleaning condition, the value of LD50 (orally taken by mice) is 5.74 g / kg. The invention can be stored for 2 years, resistant Fe<3+> ion is 800 mg / kg in the acid cleaning. The preparation method has simple steps, easily obtained raw materials and convention operation.

A single-inductor dual-output buck converter and control method that facilitates power conversion by converting a single DC power source / supply into two separate DC outputs, each of which can be configured to provide a selected / desired voltage by selection of respective duty cycles. The topology of the inverter includes a pair of diodes or switches that can selectively re-circulate inductor current. The converter is generally operated at a fixed frequency with four stages of operation. A first and third stage of operation provide power to a first and second output, respectively. A second and fourth stage of operation re-circulate inductor current and can partially recharge a battery type power source. The power output for each stage (voltage and current) can be selectively obtained by computing and employing appropriate time periods for the stages of operation that correspond to appropriate duty cycles.

The preparation method comprises the following step: evenly mixing the component A and the component B in a mass ratio of 1:(1-2) at room temperature. The preparation technique is simple; and the adhesive has excellent comprehensive properties, can be widely used for bonding steel, copper, aluminum or any other metal with ceramic, glass, resin-base composite material or any other substrate, and has favorable industrialization prospects.

The technical process of the method is as follows: ethylene glycol is used as an extraction agent at normal pressure; the solvent ratio is 1-3; the separated dimethyl carbonate-methanol azeotropic mixture is fed from the middle part of a tower, the extraction agent is fed from the top of the tower, and the reflux ratio is 2; high-purity methanol is extracted from the tower top of an extractive distillation tower, and the dimethyl carbonate and the extraction agent are extracted from the tower bottom; the fraction at the tower bottom enters an extraction agent recovery tower, and the reflux ratio is 3; and dimethyl carbonate is extracted from the tower top, and the extraction agent extracted from the tower bottom can be recycled. The method disclosed by the invention adopts ethylene glycol as an extraction agent, and improves the separation effect of the dimethyl carbonate-methanol azeotropic mixture; and since ethylene glycol is a co-production product in synthesizing dimethyl carbonate by a transesterification method, the source is conveniently available, and the cost caused by introducing other substances is avoided.
