The invention relates to a processing technique of special aluminum profiles, and particularly relates to a production method of an aluminum-alloy pipe for a positioner in a rail traffic contact line. The production method is characterized in that firstly, pipe blanks are selected, wherein the pipe blanks comprise the chemical components by weight percent: 0.01 to 0.25% of Si, 0 to 0.4% of Fe, 0.01 to 0.1% of Cu, 0.01 to 0.1% of Mn, 2.2 to 2.8% of Mg, 0.15 to 0.35% of Ni, 0 to 0.1% of Zn, 0 to 0.1% of Ti and the balancing being Al; then production is performed according to the following processing steps: heating a solid round cast ingot which comprises the chemical components to 450 DEG C to 480 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 2 hours to 5 hours, and then extruding by adopting an extruding method of solid cast ingot punching; annealing the pipe blanks put in a furnace, cold performing drawing deformation on the annealed pipe blanks for four times, then performing heating annealing, and then carrying out hollow drawing and diameter correcting on the pipe blanks by adopting a diameter correction die, so as to obtain a finished pipe with the diameter corrected to phi32*7. According to the production method, the problems of low plasticity, poor corrosion resistance, easiness in stress corrosion cracking, easiness in blackening and corrosion of the surface of the pipe and short service life of the aluminum-alloy pipe of an existing positioner are solved.
