The invention discloses an
acid rain sampling, measuring and analyzing instrument which comprises
metal shells. The
metal shells are laminated and treated. A method for laminating and treating the
metal shells includes steps of 1), sequentially inputting, by weight, 1-2 parts of dodecyl trimethyl
ammonium bromide, 2.5 parts of aluminum
oxide, 1.6 parts of
dibutyl phthalate and 0.9 part of
alum into 50 parts of deionized water and uniformly stirring the dodecyl trimethyl
ammonium bromide, the aluminum
oxide, the
dibutyl phthalate, the
alum and the deionized water to obtain first mixtures; 2), sequentially inputting, by weight, 15.5 parts of
styrene, 9.9 parts of hydroxy propyl methylcelluloses, 1.8 parts of
alkylphenol ethoxylate and 0.9 part of
potassium tetraborate into the first mixtures, and continuing to stir the
styrene, the hydroxy propyl methylcelluloses, the
alkylphenol ethoxylate, the
potassium tetraborate and the first mixtures until the
styrene, the hydroxy propyl methylcelluloses, the
alkylphenol ethoxylate, the
potassium tetraborate and the first mixtures are sufficiently uniformly mixed with one another to obtain laminating and treating liquid; 3), placing the metal shells in the laminating and treating liquid, impregnating the metal shells in the laminating and treating liquid, taking the metal shells out of the laminating and treating liquid and then
drying themetal shells. The
acid rain sampling, measuring and analyzing instrument has the advantages that protective films cover the surfaces of the metal shells of the
acid rain sampling, measuring and analyzing instrument, and accordingly the acid rain sampling, measuring and analyzing instrument is good in performance and high in
surface smoothness.
