The invention relates to the technical field of fiber manufacturing, and in particular relates to a preparation method of polymer fiber-based ZnO nanowire fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out electrostatic spinning on a polymer solution and a ZnO precursor to obtain nano-fiber containing a polymer and the ZnO precursor; (2) carrying out low-temperature heat treatment on the nano-fiber to obtain the nano-fiber containing uniformly-distributed Zn nanoparticles inside; (3) by combining a hydrothermal method, putting the nano-fiber into a growth solution and growing for a period of time, so that the Zn nano-particles on surfaces of the nano-fiber and inside the nano-fiber are self-assembled and grow into ZnO nanowires, thereby forming the polymer fiber-based ZnO nanowire fiber. Stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The conductive hydrogel structure is formed by coating a conductive polymer with a cross-linked polymer network. The cross-linked polymer network can be polyacrylamide (PAAm) or polyacrylic acid (PAA); the conductive polymer is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonic acid (PEDOT:PSS). The hydrogel is prepared by a three-step synthesis method, which comprises the following steps: 1) freezing a mixed solution of PEDOT:PSS and ethylene glycol to obtain a PEDOT:PSS pre-reaction solution; 2) adding a cross-linked polymer network monomer, an initiator, a catalyst and an accelerator into the pre-reaction solution, and then carrying out thermal polymerization; and 3) finally, soaking the thermal polymerization product in a sulfuric acid solution to obtain the stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel. The preparation method can obtain the conductive hydrogel with excellent comprehensive performance, and the specific performance is high conductivity, high light transmittance, good stretchability, smooth surface, adjustable shape and thickness and the like.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing flower-like spherical calcium molybdate by chelating a chelating agent ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and Ca<2+>. The method comprises: using calcium chloride and sodium molybdate as raw materials, respectively adding a certain amount of distilled water, carrying out magnetic stirring to uniformly mix, pouring the sodium molybdate into the calcium chloride solution during the stirring, continuously stirring for 15 min, carrying out an ultrasonic reaction for half an hour, centrifugating the precipitate, washing, and drying to obtain the flower-like spherical calcium molybdate. According to the present invention, the used raw materials such as calcium chloride, sodium molybdate, EDTA and the like are cheap and easy to obtain, the ultrasonic operation is easily performance, and the requirement on the equipment is low; and the prepared flower-like spherical calcium molybdate has advantages of large specific surface area and good photoluminescence property.

Green method for synthesizing appearance and size controllable semiconductor nanocrystalline

The invention provides a green synthesis method of a cadmium selenide nano-crystal with controllable shape and size. Natural vegetable oil is taken as a solvent and a ligand, different selenium sources and cadmium oxide are taken as precursors, the nano-crystal can be obtained by adjusting the ratio between the ligand and the precursors, with the size adjustable from 2nm to 13nm and the ratio between the length and diameter from 1 to 10; the nano-crystal has high degree of crystallinity, fluorescence quantum efficiency is 15 percent to 40 percent and fluorescence emission spectrum is 490nm to 660nm. The obtained point nano-crystal can maintain stable sphalerite structure under high temperature, with narrow size distribution, wherein, fwhm equals to 27 plus or minus 1nm. The obtained rod-shaped or multibranched (two-branch, three-branch, four-branch) nano-crystal has quite narrow size distribution, and wide fluorescence half band width, wherein, fwhm equals to 23 plus or minus 1nm. The obtained arc-shaped and random rod-shape nano-crystal has different radiuses of curvature, wurtzite, sphalerite, twin crystal and dislocation coexist in the same nano single crystal.

The invention discloses a preparation method of shape-controlled silver sulfide. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing sulfur-containing amino acid, a silver source and a dispersing agent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) controlling the concentration of silver ions in the mixed solution to range from 0.001 to 0.5mol / L, the adding quantity of the sulfur-containing amino acid to be 0.5 to 2 times the amount of substance of the silver ions in the silver source, the adding quantity of the dispersing agent to be 0.2 to 2 times the mass of the silver source, and a pH (Potential Of Hydrogen) value of the mixed solution to range from 9 to 11; (3) then reacting the mixed solution for 4 to 12 hours at the temperature of 120 to 200 DEG C, and finally centrifuging, washing and drying a product obtained through reaction so as to obtain the shape-controlled silver sulfide. According to the preparation method of the shape-controlled silver sulfide provided by the invention, the sulfur-containing amino acid is adopted as a sulfur source, so that the release speed of sulfur during a reaction process can be effectively controlled, and the shape and the particle size of the silver sulfide are regulated favorably; meanwhile, compared with other sulfur sources, the sulfur-containing amino acid has the advantage of less pollution, and is more green and environmentally friendly.

The ferroelectric nano single crystal material can be used for self-assembly aiming to the nanometer ordered array structure of super high density ferroelectric memory, and the microstructural characteristics of the invention have not been reported publicly so far.

The concentration of the dopamine buffer solution ranges from 0.01 mol / L to 1 mol / L, the concentration of the solution containing the titanium ions ranges from 0.001 mol / L to 1 mol / L, and the concentration of the solution containing the silver ions ranges from 0.001 mol / L to 1 mol / L. By means of the antibacterial stainless steel and the preparing method thereof, the technology is simple, environment friendliness is achieved, and the cost is low; the surface antibacterial nanometer film layer structure of the antibacterial stainless steel prepared through the method is well-defined and orderly, is firmly combined with a base material, is high in corrosion resistance and hardness and has good antibacterial performance both under the illumination condition and the non-illumination condition.

The hollow structure and synergistic effect of the composite material can fully expose active sites and accelerate the mass transfer process, and when the composite material is used as a positive electrode material for a lithium-air battery, the reaction kinetics can be accelerated, the charging overpotential can be reduced, and the cycling stability ofthe battery can be improved.
