Method of making laminate thin-wall ceramic tubes and said tubes with electrodes, particularly for solid oxide fuel cells

A method of fabricating a ceramic tube with electrodes thereon suitable for use as a tubular reaction chamber for a fuel cell. In one embodiment, the method includes wrapping a first electrode material around a mandrel, then wrapping a green ceramic material over the first electrode material, and then wrapping a second electrode material over the green ceramic material. The wrapped layers are laminated together, and then removed from the mandrel and sintered, in either sequence, to produce the laminated ceramic tube having an inner first electrode and an outer second electrode. Alternatively, a first electrode tube is provided in place of the mandrel and around which the green ceramic material is wrapped. The outer second electrode may be produced by wrapping a second electrode material around the green ceramic material, before or after laminating, or by printing the electrode material onto the sintered ceramic tube. The present invention further provides a method of making a ceramic tube in which a sacrificial organic material is first wrapped around the mandrel to a desired thickness prior to wrapping the green ceramic material to increase the green material thickness. During sintering, the organic material is burned away leaving only a laminated ceramic tube, optionally with electrodes thereon.

Pyrolytic hard carbon material and application thereof

The invention discloses a pyrolytic hard carbon material. In one embodiment, the material is prepared by the following steps: drying waste biomass; heating to 300-600 DEG C in an inert atmosphere, and carrying out pre-carbonization for 1-5 hours; heating to 1000-1600 DEG C in an inert atmosphere, carbonizing, and pyrolyzing for 1-10 hours; and cooling to obtain the pyrolytic carbon material. The obtained pyrolytic hard carbon material is irregular blocky particles of which the particle size is 1-20 mu m and the average particle size is 5-10 mu m; and the d002 value is 0.38-0.41nm, the Lc value is 1.3-1.5nm, and the La value is 3.7-4.7nm. The pyrolytic hard carbon material has the advantages of simple preparation process, abundant raw material resources and low cost, and is pollution-free green material. The sodium ion secondary battery prepared by using the pyrolytic hard carbon material as the negative electrode active material has the advantages of higher working voltage, higher energy density, high circulation stability and favorable safety performance, and is applicable to large-scale energy storage facilities for solar power generation, wind power generation, intelligent electric network peak shaving, distribution power stations, backup power sources or communication base stations.

This invention relates to the manufacture of a substrate, such as a package substrate or an interposer substrate, of an integrated circuit package. A base structure is formed from a green material having a plurality of via openings therein. The green material is then sintered so that the green material becomes a sintered ceramic material and the base structure becomes a sintered ceramic base structure having the via openings. A conductive via is formed in each via opening of the sintered ceramic base structure. A capacitor structure is formed on the sintered ceramic base structure. The power and ground planes of the capacitor structure are connected to the vias. As such, a capacitor structure can be formed and connected to the vias without the need to drill vias openings in brittle substrates such as silicon substrates. The sintered ceramic material also has a low coefficient of thermal expansion and can resist high temperature processing conditions when manufacturing the capacitor structure, and is inexpensive to manufacture.

The obtained polyurethane of polylactide type not only keeps degradability of polyurethane, but also increases toughness and elongation at break of castor oil.

According to the preparation method, the novel dual-core copper [I] coordination compound blue-green materials, namely [Cu2[bmptzH][[mu]-dppm]2][ClO4]2 and [Cu2[fptz][[mu]-dppm]2][ClO4], which simultaneously have two coordination bonding manners, namely tri-coordination and tetra-coordination, and have special structures, are synthesized from functionalized pyridine triazole bidentate chelating ligands (5-tert-butyl-3-[6-methyl-pyridine-2-yl]-1,2,4-triazole and 5-trifluoromethyl-3-[pyridine-2-yl]-1,2,4-triazole) and an organic diphosphine auxiliary ligand (bis[diphenylphosphino]methane). The blue-green materials show very good photoluminescence properties in a solid state, and the photoinduced quantum efficiency is 66% and 77% respectively.

The invention relates to the technical field of removal of formaldehyde in urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives for artificial boards, particularly preparation and application of hyperbranched polyamide. The hyperbranched polyamide is synthesized by the following steps: carrying out reaction on butanedioic anhydride and diethylenetriamine used as raw materials to generate two AB2 monomers, and carrying out reaction on the two AB2 monomers under certain reaction conditions to obtain the hyperbranched polyamide. The hyperbranched polymer has multiple branches and multiple terminal amino groups, and thus, has multiple reaction active sites and can sufficiently react with formaldehyde. The hyperbranched polymer has low viscosity, has the three-dimensional structure, does not have intermolecular entanglement, and thus, can implement high utilization value after being added into the urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive. The hyperbranched polyamide is an environment-friendly formaldehyde catcher, thereby reducing the hazards to the human health and satisfying the requirements for national green material production.

The method comprises the following steps: as for the prepolymer, taking 100 weight parts of polyether triatomic alcohol and 10-50 weight parts of diisocyanate to react to obtain an isocyanate radical end capped polyurethane prepolymer; adding 15-1500 weight parts of long-chain single-end hydroxyl polysilicone and 0-0.5 weight parts of organometallic catalyst into the prepolymer for grafting modification reaction, thereby obtaining the polyether type polyurethane prepolymer provided by the invention. The invention discloses an organic / inorganic composite material for rapidly repairing pit slots of a bituminous pavement, which is prepared from the following main raw materials of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanates, a polyurethane prepolymer, polyether polyol, petroleum asphalt, a catalyst, sodium silicate powder, carborundum and the like. The composition material comprises components A, B and C, wherein the components A and the component B are blended with the component C after being mixed, and can be quickly solidified after being cast into the pit slots at room temperature, so that the composite material has strong caking property and similar rigidity with an original bituminous pavement, and the travelling stationarity and comfortableness are achieved after restoration. The composite material is simple and convenient to construct, rapid, efficient and environmentally friendly, the setting time is smaller than or equal to 30 minutes, and the bituminous pavement can be opened after 90 minutes, so that the rapid repairing purpose is achieved, and the effect on traffic jam caused by pavement rehabilitation is greatly relieved.
