The preparationmethod of magnetic powder cores achieves the best performance of the magnetic powder core by selecting a specific insulating coating agent, and combines the remaining operations, thus having the magnetic properties such as higher saturation magnetic flux density and stable magnetic permeability, and having strong resistance to breakdown.
