zinc base composite heat stabilizer and a preparation method thereof, and especially relates to a powdery
zinc base composite heat stabilizer for
polyvinyl chloride and a preparation method thereof. The composite heat stabilizer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 55 parts of
zinc base complex, 10 to 20 parts of zinc burning inhibitor, 10 to 20 parts of auxiliary heat stabilizer, 5 to 10 parts of compatilizer, 5 to 15 parts of inorganic aid, and 5 to 10 parts of
diethylene glycol monobutyl
ether; wherein the zinc base complex is a composition of zinc acetylacetonate,
zinc glycinate, zinc p-tert-butyl benzoate, and
mercaptoacetic acid reverse
thioester zinc; and the auxiliary heat stabilizer is a mixture composed of any two components of tri(glycidyl) isocyanurate,
methyl silicone oil, benzyl carbazate according to any ratio. Compared with the conventional powdery
calcium-zinc heat stabilizers, the provided powdery zinc base composite heat stabilizer does not contain any
sodium aliphatate or zinc aliphatate, thus the heat stabilizer will not be precipitated easily, the blooming is difficult to happen, and the problem that conventional
calcium-zinc heat stabilizers are precipitated and bloomed on the surface of colorful PVC products is solved.
