Arrangement of building elements with connecting means

InactiveUS7377081B2Potential savingAccurately processStrutsWallsArchitectural engineeringInterconnection
An arrangement of building elements capable of a snap-fastening interconnection comprises an element, especially the tongue, consisting of a different material from the other building elements. An MDF / HDF panel, is initially milled along the longitudinal and / or transverse sides, and the resulting groove is then provided and / or foam-filled with extrudates. Finally, the free ends of the extrudates are milled to form the profile of the tongue. Alternatively, or additionally, a groove may also be milled into the extrudates.

Process for finishing a wooden board and wooden board produced by the process

A process for finishing a wood or wooden board, in particular an MDF or HDF board, with an upper side and an underside. The process includes applying a sealing layer of melamine resin to the upper side of the board and printing a decoration onto the sealing layer. A protective layer is applied of melamine resin to the decoration and the board is pressed under the action of temperature until the protective layer and the sealing layer melt and bond to each other with the inclusion of the decoration printed on.

Intelligent heat-insulating film and its preparing process

The invention relates to an intelligent heat-insulating film and a preparation method thereof. The invention adopts the mixture of phase transition intelligent nanometer powder in the rutile crystal structure and vanadium dioxide V1-XO2(X is more than 0 and less than 0.06) to uniformly disperse on a material which can be formed into films, thus preparing the intelligent heat-insulating film with the phase transition function. The intelligent heat-insulating film is a novel energy-saving material with the phase transition temperature adjustable within -10 DEG C to 70 DEG C. The film has high infrared transmittance and low reflectivity as well as excellent heat-insulating property at low temperatures. At high temperatures, the film has low infrared transmittance and high reflectivity as well as excellent heat insulating effect. The intelligent heat-insulating film can be used for heat-insulation and decorative-protection of the surfaces such as glass, plastic, metal, wood, concrete and so on.

Micro-package, multi-stack micro-package, and manufacturing method therefor

A micro package, a multi-stack micro package, and a manufacture method therefor are provided. A micro package according to the present invention includes a device substrate for mounting a devices, being a circuit module; a protection cap for protecting the device; bonding substances which, formed by patterning on predetermined areas on the device substrate, bond the device substrate and the protection cap; layers formed on a portion of the device substrate and a portion of the protection cap and exterior sides of the bonding substances; vias which are formed by etching away another portion of the protection cap, and electrically connected to an upper surface of the device substrate through the bonding substances; under barrier metals (UBMs) formed on the vias; and solder bumpers, being connection terminals for an external signal, formed on the UBMs. As stated above, the present invention has advantages of guaranteeing the hermetical sealing since the above layers prevent moisture absorption from outside at the same time of lowering possibility of damages to the device inside the package since the processing temperature drops below 150° upon wafer bonding due to the use of the polymer substance as a bonding substance.

Packaging sensors for long term implant

According to this technique of packaging a sensor device implantable in a living body so as to provide protection of the sensor device and to the living body itself, an electrical conductor of the sensor device is sealed in an insulating substrate extending between proximal and distal ends. The distal end of the electrical conductor is externally connected to an external sensor on the sensor device and the proximal end of the electrical conductor is externally connected to a distal end of a lead wire extending proximally to a pulse generator and these connections are embedded in an insulative sheath. The external sensor, substrate, and insulative sheath are encapsulated in a thin film of hermetic material without interference with the lead wire. In another embodiment, a layer of insulating material may underlie the hermetic material to encapsulate the external sensor and the substrate.
