The invention relates to a method for preparing a high-concentration biological deodorant. The method uses natural plants and extracts thereof with deodorizing function, a carbon source, a nitrogen source, trace elements and the like as raw materials, screens special beneficial microbial strains, and ferments the strains to obtain the high-concentration deodorant containing active components of the plants, beneficial microbe and metabolic products by adopting modern bioengineering technology. After being diluted by clear water which is 2,000 times of the deodorant, the deodorant is directly sprayed; and by decomposing smelly substances such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, trimethylamine and the like, the growth of harmful microbe generating bad smell in rubbish and smell sources is suppressed so as to achieve the purposes of removing bad smell, repelling flies and reducing disease spreading risk. The deodorant is used for deodorizing in rubbish transfer stations, landfill sites, breeding farms, public toilets, toilets and other rotten places. The deodorant breaks through the defect of low dilution factor of the conventional deodorant, and implements the diluting use of 2,000 times. In a first aspect, a process for forming deodorant or antiperspirant sticks by continuously forming a mobile composition for dispensing into containers or molds at a rate matched with the rate at which it is dispensed, and in other aspects a process in which a mobile deodorant or antiperspirant composition is dispensed by injection molding, i.e. a process in which the deodorant or antiperspirant composition is dispensed under pressure. The composition at the time of injection moulding is preferably either in the vicinity of its regular set temperature, particularly in the range of about 0-3° C. below the regular set temperature and/or partially structured at the time of its delivery it into a container or mold. The deodorant or antiperspirant composition is preferably continuously produced in a screw extruder, especially a twin screw extruder, which is controlled to deliver the composition in a substantially semi-solid state, at a temperature close to its regular set temperature and is injected into the container or barrel at a pressure at the point of injection that is often greater than 15 psi. and in many instances from 200 to 400 psi in the injection head. Apparatus for forming deodorant or antiperspirant sticks by injection molding is also described. The combined process offers benefits for incorporating sensitive ingredients and ameliorating sedimentation of particulates such as particulate antiperspirant actives.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking charcoal in a wood vinegar solution so as to obtain a deodorizer which takes charcoal as a carrier; adding the deodorizer into a compost raw material, adding a proper amount of water, and then performing fermentation composting; and after compost is in a thoroughly decomposed stage, drying the mixed fertilizer, and granulating to obtain the odorless organic fertilizer containing charcoal. The odorless organic fertilizer containing charcoal can be used for greatly improving the soil organic matter content, effectively improving the soil structure and improving the moisture and nutrient retaining capability of soil. During an organic fertilizer production process, the deodorizer is added, so that not only is the composting process rapidly and efficiently performed in an environment-friendly manner, but also the user effects of the charcoal and the organic fertilizer are obviously improved; the charcoal is added into the compost raw material, so that the composting temperature can be well kept, the microbial growth is promoted, and therefore the composting period is shortened; and more importantly, the charcoal is capable of effectively absorbing ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, so that nitrogen and sulphur losses in the composting process are reduced.

Fermented organic fertilizer and production process thereof

The invention discloses a fermented organic fertilizer. The fermented organic fertilizer is prepared from, by weight, 30-50 parts of chicken manure, 40-55 parts of cow dung, 4-8 parts of crop straw, 1-5 parts of composite composted microbial agent and 1-5 parts of deodorant.
