coating without floating during application and a preparation method thereof, and the environment-friendly interior wall
coating comprises the following components in percentage by
mass: 21.2-37.8% of water, 0.2-0.7% of a powdery
thickening agent, 0.1-0.4% of a bactericide, 0.4-0.8% of a dispersing agent, 0.1-0.4% of a
wetting agent, 0.2-0.7% of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.3% of a pH value
regulator, 2-20% of
titanium dioxide, 3-12% of kaolin, 10-32% of heavy
calcium powder, 1-5% of a functional filler, 0.2-0.6% of a functional additive A and 0.5-2.5% of a functional additive B, the
coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-38% of an
acrylate emulsion, 0.2-0.7% of a
thickening agent A and 0.2-0.7% of a
thickening agent B. According to the invention, the freeze-thaw resisting agent, the
odor-removing
emulsion and KOH are added to replace
ethylene glycol,
propylene glycol, inorganic
ammonia or organic
ammonia and a coalescing agent in a traditional formula, so that the content and
odor of volatile organic compounds in the coating are reduced; the powdery thickening agent, the
sericite and the
sodium bentonite form a
layered structure, so that the water-retaining property of the coating is improved, the
drying time of a paint film is prolonged, so that the paint film has enough time to be uniformly rolled and brushed to reduce the floating phenomenon, and the freeze-thaw resistant agent prolongs the
drying time of the paint film and further prolongs the
drying time of the paint film to reduce the floating phenomenon.
