Abstract

The invention discloses a paper feeding roll with a non-bloomed surface, which consists of a plastic framework and a rubber roll or sleeve sleeved on the plastic framework, wherein the rubber roll or sleeve is made of a rubber composition which comprises high-wear resistance rubber, a non-bloomed rubber vulcanization system applicable to cis-polybutadiene, natural rubber or the composition of the cis-polybutadiene and the natural rubber, and more than one antioxidant. The paper feeding roll has the advantages that: the two selected kinds of rubber, namely the cis-polybutadiene and the natural rubber, have high wear resistance and the compatibility of the two kinds of rubber are very high; through combination and dose control, the rubber vulcanization system can be consumed in a vulcanization reaction as fully as possible so as to fully vulcanize the rubber roll of the paper feeding roll without being sprayed out from the surface of the rubber due to over dose; and the dose of anti-aging agents is reduced as much as possible, and the ratio of the two kinds of anti-aging agents are regulated to further reduce the blooming of the rubber sleeve on the premise of maintaining the aging performance of the rubber sleeve.
