The invention discloses a
coating film for a positive and negative plate of a high-rate lead-acid storage battery, wherein the
coating film raw materials comprise
glass fiber cotton, hydrophilic fibers,
fumed silica and PET. The invention further provides a matched preparation method. The method comprises the following steps that the weighed raw materials are put into a dispersing
machine in one time, and deionized water is added to prepare raw
slurry with the concentration percent of 0.9% to 1.0%. The raw
slurry is taken, and the raw
slurry is diluted by adding the deionized water until the concentration is 0.2% to 0.6%; then the slurry is injected into a filter to obtain fine slurry, and the fine slurry is injected into a forming
machine to form a wet-
coating film; the wet-coating film is conveyed into a
drying tunnel to be dried, and a compression roller rolling coating film is arranged at the outlet of the
drying tunnel; and finally, the coating film is
cut according to the sizes and shapes of the matched positive and negative plates. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is reasonable in component configuration, and simple and convenient in method; and the preparedcoating film is moderate in density and high in air permeability, so that the
liquid storage capacity and the liquid
absorption capacity are improved, and the high-rate performance of the positive
electrode and the negative
electrode of the lead-acid storage battery is remarkably improved.
