The invention in particular relates to a waterborne environment-friendly
polyurethane adhesive as well as a preparation technology and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of adhesives. The
adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by
mass: a
polyurethane pre-
polymer formed by polymerizing 30.77 to 35.64 parts of polyglycol and 43.5 to 43.58 parts of diisocyanate, 0.45 part of a
polymerization reaction catalyst, 6.27 to 7.85 parts of a hydrophilic chain-extending agent, 1.35 to 3.45 parts of a crosslinking agent, 3.55 to 10.25 parts of
sodium hydrogensulfite, 7.5 parts of
acetone and 32.5 to 36.5 parts of de-ionized water, wherein the
polymerization reaction catalyst is
dibutyltin dilaurate; the hydrophilic chain-extending agent is 1,4-butylene glycol-2-
sodium sulfonate or dihydromethyl propionic acid; the crosslinking agent is
trimethyl phosphate. According to the waterborne environment-friendly
polyurethane adhesive, crosslinking is realized through
hydrolysis and condensation of the
sodium hydrogensulfite, the crosslinking density of waterborne polyurethane is increased, and properties including
water resistance,
solvent resistance, storage stability and the like are improved; the environment-friendly performance, the
water resistance, the
solvent resistance, the storage stability and the like reach product quality indexes required by users.
