The invention belongs to the field of
building material adhesives, in particular relates to an external thermal-insulation dry-mixed
mortar of an external wall, which is applied to adhering thermal-insulation plates on the surface of a building base wall body. The external thermal-insulation dry-mixed
mortar is characterized by mainly comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25-50 parts of
cement, 5-25 parts of
fly ash, 45-65 parts of sand, 0.15-0.20 part of
cellulose ether, 2.5-3.00 parts of subdividable gelatine
powder and 0.02-0.05 part of
starch ether. The preparation process of the external thermal-insulation dry-mixed
mortar comprises the following steps of accurately weighing all the components in certain proportion, mixing and stirring all the components uniformly, adding water to the mixture for stirring according to the weight ratio of 100:(18-22), and then obtaining the external thermal-insulation dry-mixed mortar which can be applied to the
building construction. The invention has the beneficial effects of high
bonding strength,
system safety, strong water preserving capability, excellent sagging resistance, excellent flexibility,
frost-thawing resistance,
cracking resistance and
weathering resistance, low water
absorption rate, small degree of shrinkage, simpleness, convenience and high-speed for construction, labor and material saving, nontoxicity, tastelessness, safety and environment protection.
