The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing a nickel hydroxide nanosheet precursor by a hydrothermal method, performing magnetic stirring and dispersing in deionized water to obtain a uniform dispersion liquid of the nickel hydroxide nanosheet precursor, adding a buffering agent tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane hydrochloride, and adjusting the pHvalue to be 8.5 by adopting an alkali solution with the pH value of 13, adding dopamine hydrochloride, and magnetically stirring at room temperature for in-situ polymerization, and carrying out washing and centrifugally drying to obtain a nickel hydroxide nanosheet precursor/polydopamine composite material, and carrying out heat treatment and vulcanization with sublimed sulfur powder in a tubularfurnace in nitrogen atmosphere at a certain temperature to obtain the composite material. The preparation process is simple, easy to operate, green and non-toxic and friendly in material preparationprocess; and the prepared nickel disulfide carbon nano composite material is stable in structure, uniform in morphology and high in dispersion. Straw-based selective mercury removal material, preparation method and applications thereof

The present invention provides a straw-based selective mercury removal material preparation method, which comprises: (1) carrying out a steam explosion treatment on straws, and then treating at a temperature of 400-800 DEG C under vacuumizing and nitrogen atmosphere; (2) placing the product obtained in the step (1) into a reductive sulfur group-containing mixing liquid, carrying out stirring mixing, filtering, and drying, wherein the reductive sulfur group-containing mixing liquid is a mixing liquid of ammonium thiocyanate, ammonium thiosulfate and thioglycolic acid; and (3) mixing the product obtained in the step (2) and sublimed sulfur, heating under vacuumizing and nitrogen introducing conditions to achieve a temperature of 450 DEG C, maintaining for 2 h, carrying out program heating to 600-1000 DEG C, maintaining the vacuumizing and nitrogen introducing for 2 h, cooling, and grinding so as to obtain the straw-based selective mercury removal material. The invention further provides the mercury removal material prepared through the method and applications of the mercury removal material in mercury removal. According to the present invention, the straw-based selective mercury removal material has advantages of high mercury adsorption capacity, high mercury removal rate, rapid mercury removal, high selectivity, cheap and easily available raw materials, simple and feasible preparation process, environmental protection, economy, and good application prospect.

The invention discloses a preparing method and application of NiPS3 nanosheets of a self-supporting structure, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of nanometer materials and preparationof clean energy. The preparing method aims at solving the problems that when NiPS3 serves as an HER catalyst, the superficial area is small, and the temperature required in the preparing process is high. The preparing method comprises the steps of 1, conducting ultrasonic cleaning on carbon cloth; 2, mixing red phosphorus powder and sublimed sulfur powder, and obtaining a phosphorus and sulfur powder mixture after grinding; 3, adding nickel salt, urea and ammonium fluoride into ultrapure water for stirring and dissolution to obtain a reaction solution; 4, soaking the carbon cloth in the reaction solution for a hydrothermal reaction; 5, pouring the phosphorus and sulfur powder mixture into an open reactor, putting the open reaction and a precursor together into a corundum boat, firstly, adding the phosphorus and sulfur powder mixture to be fused, then conducting sublimation, and carrying out a reaction between phosphorus and sulfur steam and the precursor at high temperature. Accordingto the preparing method, the synthesis temperature is low, an NiPS3 nanosheet catalyst and a conductive substrate are compounded to be directly used as an HER electrode, and subsequent treatment is not needed.

Method for preparing quantum dots by taking sublimed sulfur as sulfur source

The invention provides a method for preparing quantum dots by using sublimed sulfur as a sulfur source, and belongs to the field of nano material preparation. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) respectively adding 0.5-6 g of sodium hydroxide, 3mL of polyethylene glycol (PEG400) and 1-10g of sublimed sulfur into 50mL of deionized water, and carrying out water bath reaction at 40-80 DEG C for 3-50 hours to obtain a mixed solution; (2) changing the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) from a water bath reaction to an ice bath reaction, and under a stirring condition, adding 10-50 mL of hydrogen peroxide in parts by weight to prepare a sulfur quantum dot solution with blue fluorescence characteristics; and (3) adding an anti-solvent acetone to settle the water-soluble sulfur quantum dots, centrifuging the sulfur quantum dots settled from the aqueous solution at a centrifugal rotating speed of 9000 r/min for 5 min, and freeze-drying the obtained precipitate (at a drying temperature of -30 DEG C for 12-18 h) to finally obtain white sulfur quantum dot powder. The preparation process is green, safe and easy to prepare, fluorescence intensity is enhanced, dispersity is good, and efficiency is high.

The temperature-rising method of the sulfur combusting furnace comprises: step 1, starting a fan to feed air into the sulfur combusting furnace; step 2, starting an ignition gun, wherein the ignition gun combusts in the sulfur combusting furnace; step 3, starting a liquid sulfur pump to feed liquid sulfur in a liquid sulfur groove into a spray gun, wherein the spray gun atomizes the liquid sulfur and sprays the liquid sulfur into the sulfur combusting furnace, and atomized sulfur is ignited by the ignition gun and combusted to produce SO2; and step 4, closing the ignition gun, wherein the atomized sulfur can be continuously combusted in the sulfur combusting furnace to produce the SO2, and simultaneously the temperature of the sulfur combusting furnace rises continuously and gradually and does not operate normally until the temperature reaches to 800-1200 DEG C. By means of the temperature-rising method, the SO2 is produced and no sublimed sulfur is produced in the temperature-rising process of the sulfur combusting furnace, and the SO2 is produced immediately once immediate ignition is performed. The production requirement of enterprises is met, considerable diesel for temperature rising of the sulfur combusting furnace is further saved, and the operation is convenient.

The preparation method of the single-crystal two-dimensional transitional metal sulphide comprises the following steps: (a) dissolving transitional metal salt and strong alkali in water to obtain a mixture, and stirring the mixture to obtain a transparent and clarified precursor solution, wherein the transitional metal salt is inorganic molybdenum salt or inorganic tungsten salt, wherein a mass ratio of the transitional metal salt to the strong alkali is (1 to 10) to 1; (b) spin-coating the precursor solution on a substrate; (c) putting the substrate in the middle of a tubular furnace, taking and putting sulphur powder or selenium powder at a gas inlet end of the tubular furnace, and subsequently, vacuumizing the tubular furnace and filling inertia gas; heating to enable the sulphur powder or the selenium powder to be sublimed, enabling the sublimed sulphur powder or the selenium powder and the precursor solution to be reacted and annealed, and naturally cooling to obtain a final product. The two-dimensional metal prepared by the method has the advantages of high quality and good crystallinity, and moreover, the size of a triangular plate of the material can be grown greatly; the two-dimensional material can be directly applied to a semiconductor field effect tube, and additional transfer is not needed.

The method comprises the following steps: firstly cleaning a stannic oxide conductive glass substrate, then putting C6H5Na3O7.2H2O, CuSO4.5H2O, In2(SO4)3, and Na2S2O3.5H2O into distilled water, and adopting an electrodeposition method to obtain a precursor thin film on the conductive glass substrate; naturally drying, and putting the precursor thin film into a tubular furnace added with hydrazine hydrate, enabling the precursor thin film not to be in contact with the hydrazine hydrate, wherein the hydrazine hydrate is added with sublimed sulfur powder; heating the precursor thin film in the sealed tubular furnace to enable the precursor thin film to be vulcanized, and finally taking out the sample and drying to obtain the copper-indium sulfide optoelectronic thin film. The method does not require a high-vacuum condition, has low requirements on the instrument and equipment, and is low in production cost, high in production efficiency and easy to operate; the obtained copper-indium sulfide optoelectronic thin film is relatively high in continuity and uniformity; and the main phase is the CuInS2 phase, so that the low-cost and large-scale industrial production can be realized.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and sublimed sulfur to an oleylamine solution, and uniformly mixing so as to obtain a mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution at a room temperature, feeding inert gas argon, heating under the protection of the inert gas argon, and carrying out heat preservation at the temperature so as to obtain a yellow transparent mixed solution; heating the yellow transparent mixed solution in the presence of the inert gas argon, then carrying out heat preservation at the temperature, and naturally cooling to a room temperature so as to obtain a cooling solution; (2) adding absolute ethyl alcohol to the cooling solution so as to separate out yellow precipitates, and carrying out supersonic centrifugation so as to obtain a yellow precipitates and reaction mother liquor; centrifugally washing the precipitates by using an absolute ethyl alcohol and normal hexane mixed solution, and drying in vacuum until the weight is constant so as to obtain yellow powdery cadmium sulfide quantum dots with different sizes. The preparation method is simple, relatively low in cost and less in environmental pollution.

The process has the advantages of wide raw material sources and low reaction temperature, the prepared cadmium sulfide quantum dots are uniform in particle size and narrow in size distribution, the absorption peak position can be adjusted between 396 to 445 nm, and the fluorescence is strong.
