The invention discloses a preparation method and catalytic application of a monatomic dispersion palladium-based catalyst. The preparation method of the monatomic dispersion palladium-based catalyst is a photo-deposition method, and uses zinc-containing hydrotalcite as a carrier to prepare the monomeric dispersion palladium-based catalyst. Namely, an alcohol solution and an H2PdCl4 solution are added to a hydrotalcite carrier-dissolved aqueous solution; electrons are transferred from a valence band to a conduction band in a hydrotalcite semiconductor under irradiation of ultraviolet light; alcohol molecules in the solution are subjected to oxidation reaction to generate hydroxyl radicals in holes. Study on photo-deposition process shows that a monatomic palladium catalyst can be prepared by controlling the amount of added H2PdCl4 solution and illumination time. The preparation method provided by the invention performs reduction treatment on catalyst samples at different temperatures, monatomic palladium is not aggregated at the moment; the monatomic dispersion palladium-based catalyst has excellent catalytic activity and selectivity for hydrogenation reaction of phenylacetylene.

Polymeric antireflective coatings deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition

An improved method for applying polymeric antireflective coatings to substrate surfaces and the resulting precursor structures are provided. Broadly, the methods comprise plasma enhanced chemical vapor depositing (PECVD) a polymer on the substrate surfaces. The PECVD processes comprise providing a quantity of a polymer generated by introducing monomer vapors into a plasma state followed by polymerization thereof, with assistance of plasma energy, onto the surface of a substrate. The most preferred starting monomers are phenylacetylene, 4-ethynyltoluene, and 1-ethynyl-2-fluorobenzene. The inventive methods are useful for providing highly conformal antireflective coatings on large surface substrates having super submicron (0.25 μm or smaller) features. The process provides a much faster deposition rate than conventional chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods, is environmentally friendly, and is economical.

The invention relates to an electrolyte applicable to a lithium titanate battery. The electrolyte comprises an organic solvent and lithium salt. The electrolyte further comprises one or more of phenylacetylene derivatives which account for 0.05-10wt% of the electrolyte. The structural formula of the phenylacetylene derivative is as shown in the specification, wherein in the specification, R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from any one of hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, alkyl, alkoxyl, halogenated alkyl, halogenated alkoxyl, alkylene, halogenated alkylene, phenyl, halogenated phenyl, biphenylyl, halogenated biphenylyl, phenyl ether groups, halogenated phenyl ether groups, halogenated triphenyl, amido, ester groups and cyano groups. Halogen is any one of F, Cl and Br. Halogenation is partial substitution or full substitution. According to the electrolyte provided by the invention, the discharge capacity and circulating service life of the lithium titanate battery are improved by adding the phenylacetylene derivatives in the electrolyte. A swelling problem of the lithium titanate battery in the circulating process is further appropriately solved.

High-temperature self-crosslinked flame retardant smoke suppressing molten drop-resistant copolyester based on benzamide structure and preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a high-temperature self-crosslinked flame retardant smoke suppressing molten drop-resistant copolyester based on a benzamide structure. The polyester is composed of structuralunits as shown in I, II and III or structural units as shown in I, II and IV through irregular copolymerization. The intrinsic viscosity [Aita] of the copolyester is 0.10-1.40 dL / g, the limit oxygen index is 21.0-40.0%, the vertical combustion grade is V-2-V-0 grade. The peak heat release rate p-HRR in a cone calorimetric test is reduced by 10-80% compared with that of pure PET, and the total smoke release amount is reduced by 5-70% compared with that of pure PET. The invention also discloses a preparation method thereof. By introducing a high-temperature crosslinked group as a benzamide groupor a benzamide phenylacetylene group, the corresponding copolyester is free of crosslinking action in processing and polymerizing processes, so that the thermoplastic workability of polyester is retained. Meanwhile, as a result of a tackifying effect and a high char forming property caused by self-crosslinking action at high temperature or combustion, the copolyester has excellent flame-retarding, smoke-suppressing and molten drop-resisting effects.

The invention discloses a conductive textile product. The conductive textile product comprises fiber with polyphenylacetylene combined on the surface. The content of the fiber combined with polyphenylacetylene in the conductive textile product is at least 30wt%. A preparation method of the conductive textile product comprises the steps that: AlCl3 is added into phenylacetylene, and the mixture is heated to 65-75 DEG C; after a reaction is carried out for 3-5min, fiber is delivered through the reaction liquid with a speed of 0.2-0.4m / s; and the fiber is heated for 3-5min under a temperature of 110-120 DEG C; and the fiber is cooled, washed, and spun, such that the e textile product containing at least 30wt% of fiber combined with polyphenylacetylene is obtained. The conductive textile product provided by the invention has good conductivity, washing resistance, and wear resistance.

The catalyst for selective hydrogenation of phenylacetylene in the presence of styrene can solve the problem well, and can be used for industrial production of hydrogenation removal of phenylacetylene in the presence of styrene.
