The adhesive is composed of a component A and a component B according to the mass ratio of (1-4):1, and the component A is composed of, by weight, 10%-25% of castor oil, 10%-20% of polyether polyol, 1%-5% of coupling agent, 0.5%-2.5% of fumed silica, 30%-60% of filler and 5%-10% of drying agent; the component B is composed of, by weight, 50%-80% of isocyanate, 5%-15% of polyether polyol, 10%-30% of polyester polyol and 1%-4% of chain extender. A preparation method of the polyurethane adhesive for compositing the two-component PVC plate comprises the following steps of preparation of the component A, preparation of the component B and mixing of the component A and the component B. The polyurethane adhesive is used for bonding PVC with a plate. The polyurethane adhesive has the advantages of being free of solvent evaporation, large in initial adhesion, excellent in adhesive force on PVC, high in strength, wide in environmental adaptability, long in storage life, high in stability, environmentally friendly in raw material, capable of obtaining the raw materials conveniently and the like.

Clathrate sesquialter siloxane aryne resin containing octamethyl pyrophosphoramide and method for preparing the same

The present invention discloses an 8-methyl cage-shaped silsesquioxane resin with a structure as shown in the figure. The resin has the following characteristics: 1) the structure of the synthesized resin can be controlled; 2) the resin is solid at the room temperature; the softening point is low; the resin can be dissolved in a plurality of common solvents; and the application is convenient; 3) the resin can do the solidification reaction with the influence of heat, irradiation, or even light to form a highly cross-linked polymer; and no small molecules are released in the solidification process; 4) the solidified resin has good mechanical properties, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance or heat-resistant oxidation, that is, the high temperature of thermal decomposition and the residual rate of thermal decomposition; 5) the resin has good dielectric properties and thermal insulation properties after solidification; 6) the resin can do the ceramic reaction; 7) the resin and the fiber have good bonding performances. The invention relates to a bionic self-healing material for air leakage stoppage in a coal mine. The bionic self-healing material comprises a fast-setting expanding material, microcapsules containing a healing agent, and a catalyst, wherein the fast-setting expanding material comprises several of a cement clinker, coal ash, steel slag, mountain flour, salty mud, carbide slag, an expanding agent, a water reducing agent and sand, and each microcapsule is composed of a wall material (polymer resin) and a core material (the healing agent); the wall material of each microcapsule is at least one of urea resin, melamino-formaldehyde resin, melamine urea-formaldehyde resin and polyurethane, the healing agent is at least one of olefins containing double bonds, such as polyurethane prepolymer, isocyanate, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, styrene, acrylics and dicyclopentadiene (DCPD), and the catalyst is at least one of Grubbs catalyst, dibutyltin dilaurate and amines. The bionic self-healing material for air leakage stoppage in the coal mine disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being automatic in detection and healing, moderate in expansion, fast to set, good in conveying performance, strong in setting performance, green and environmentally friendly, and low in price.
