The invention discloses a ZIF-67@LDHs
electrode material applied to a
supercapacitor and a preparation method thereof. The
electrode material has a core-shell structure, the core structure is a
metal organic framework material, and the shell structure is
layered double hydroxides LDHs. The method comprises the following steps: adding trivalent
metal ions M<3+> and
divalent metal ions M<2+> into deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic
dissolution, adding
urea and
ammonium fluoride (NH4F), stirring to obtain a precursor solution, transferring the precursor solution into a high-pressure reaction kettle, reacting at 120-140 DEG C, cooling, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering, washing with deionized water, adding into deionized water again, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering,
drying to obtain an LDHs material; adding an LDHs material into a
methanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 40-60 minutes to obtain a
mixed solution I, adding 2-methylimidazole into the
methanol solution, carrying out ultrasonic
dissolution to obtain a solution II, adding the solution II into the
mixed solution I, carrying out magnetic stirring for 5-8 hours, centrifuging, filtering, and respectively washing with
methanol and deionized water to obtain the ZIF-67@LDHs material.
