Four wheels of a testing vehicle are each connected with a TPMS, and each TPMS is connected with a TPMS receiver; a first K-type thermocouple is connected with a hub data acquisition instrument; a second K-type thermocouple is connected with a transmission interface of the testing vehicle,and a signal is transmitted to the hub data acquisition instrument. A current sensor and a voltage sensor are connected with a power generator; the TPMS receivers, the hub data acquisition instrument, the current sensor and the voltage sensor are all in signal connection with a controller. The whole-vehicle gearbox mechanical-efficiency testing on a hub test bed has the advantages of convenient operation, controllable loading, reliable testing results and provision of the third party data collection. The mechanical efficiency study uses the whole gearbox as an object, the characterization accuracy is high, the test reliability is improved, and the system and method has important guiding significance for the development of gearboxes.

A tee is connected to an oil return pipe behind a solenoid directional valve of an existing hydraulic cylinder detection pressure testing platform, one way is connected with a ball valve and then is connected with an oil return tank, and the other way is connected with an energy accumulator as a load source, so that controlled pressure is manually added to a corresponding die cavity of the oil cylinder for artificial load; during operation, the to-be-detected oil cylinder is installed on the pressure testing platform, and thepressure value of the energy accumulator is set; then the ball valve is closed, a hydraulic pump is started, hydraulic oil is driven into a front cavity of the oil cylinder by the hydraulic pump, a back cavity of the oil cylinder is directly connected with the energy accumulator at the moment, the pressure of the energy accumulator is adjusted to the set value, therefore, the pressure of the hydraulic oil in the back cavity of the oil cylinder is consistent with the set value of the load, and the load value is obtained by multiplying the pressure by the sectional area; then the solenoid directional valve is operated, and the oil return pipe is still connected with the energy accumulator so as to achieve a loading effect; and after the pressure test is finished, the ball valve is opened, the pressure of the oil return pipe is relieved, and the hydraulic cylinder is removed. The detection method has the characteristics of low manufacturing and maintenance cost and convenience and high efficiency in operation, and the factory reject ratio of the oil cylinder can be obviously reduced.

The tellurium film electrode is freeof a conductive agent and a binder, the preparation method is simple, the electrode loading capacity is easy to control, the components are uniform, the electrochemical performance is good, and a foundation is laid for future commercial development of aluminum batteries.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cobalt nitride supported porous carbon catalyst for cathodic oxygen reduction reaction of a fuel cell. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) adding a cobalt source to a catalyst containing aniline, pyrrole and triton X-100 percent of deionized water, and stirring to obtain a uniform mixed liquid; (2) adding a precooled ammonium persulfate aqueous solution (initiator) at 3 DEG C into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) at one time, polymerizing the mixed solution at a low temperature immediately, filtering, washing and drying after the polymerization reaction is completed to obtain a black intermediate product; (3) subjecting the black intermediate product obtained in the step (2) is prepared in anammonia atmosphere to heat treatment at 600 to 800 degree centigrade to obtain a porous carbon catalyst supported on cobalt nitride. Compared with the prior art, the method of the invention is simplein operation, low in cost, high in oxygen reduction reaction activity, good in stability and strong in methanol poisoning resistance, and can be used as a cathode catalyst in a fuel cell.
